I bought this a week ago. Simple start-up instructions. Had it up and running in 10 minutes. Have only used with propane but very happy with results. Much quieter than I expected. Very happy with this purchase.

Easy to set up. Started after just one pull. Bought two to run in parallel, but just needed one generator to run our RV air conditioner and TV's. Very powerful for a portable generator.

ex. Genrator brought this to keep power for my family. Keeping the fridge on. Here of puerto rico in one of the few with no power. and this generator has been keeping us with power at great cost.

I just bought this product so I cannot speak for how long it operates, but it was easy to get running. Its instructions were clearly laid out and easy to follow. Pleased so far with it being light weight, making it easier to move around.

Purchased for our RV as back up power and during power outages, works great, operates our A/C and fridge no problem, starts easy run quite , I'm happy with my purchase.

I got this generator after returning 4 craftsman generators made by generac, that constantly would not start and would lose knobs. This generator has had no issues, and was even more affordable.

Followed setup directions, pushed the start button and it started with no problem. Not as noisy as a standard generator which neighbors will appreciate.

I got the unit filled it with oil and some gas. It started right up and ran fine. I'm still trying to understand the readouts on the data center screen. They are somewhat cryptic and not very intuitive.

Ran for 1 hour and then stopped. The issue could not be resolved through all of the troubleshooting steps in the user manual. Will contact the warranty team for resolution.

I am very satisfied with this generator. Runs my ac with plenty of power to spare. No starting problems no running problems. Can run ac, tv, refrigerator and house loads. Easy to start and as quiet as the red one, lot less $$.
