using for hurricane maria in puerto rico and its real life saver i'm running fans light bulb and some power tools and small fridge. real cheap on gas low on noise. very happy

The generator arrived yesterday. Filling with oil was easy. It started right up on propane. I ran it for a few minutes under load. I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

The box I received was marked "natural gas/gasoline." It should have read "propane/gasoline." So, if you ordered the igen2550dfc and receive a box that states it's natural gas, it's not.

Easy to operate, starts up quickly, very quiet, love the USB ports for charging cell phones. Informational display is very helpful. Compact, easy to move around and store.

Hurricane Milton camw through, lost power, and generator ran whole house. Awesome, only downfall, it's loud, but rather have power, thank you for a great product.
