We've had our spa for almost a month now and are enjoying it very much. The features and bonus accessories make this spa a great value.

This is one of the sturdiest spas made. It's not the most luxurious or fancy, but perfect for anyone looking for a good spa that will last a long time and hold up to extra wear (e.g. kids). The 2-speed pump is adequate for all the jets, and super strong when the diverter is used to limit the output to half the seats. It's very quiet too. The heater took the water from 70 to 100(F) in about 4 hours. It's very well-insulated. The controls are very simple to use. The included accessories make this a really great value. The cover is easy to flip on and off with the included cover lift, which seems to be of good quality. The LED lights add some ambience. The matching steps are good looking and useful. Shipping was very fast and the delivery guy was kind enough to try to get as close to the entrance to the backyard as he could with the truck. They won't move it after that, though. To carry this thing, you'll need at least four strong adults. We only had 2 at the time, so I cut up some 3-inch PVC pipe to use as rollers, stood it on its side (it's shipped that way) and rolled it around easily as the other person moved the rollers back-to-front. It's relatively light (450#) for a spa of its size.

I loved this hottub but just hit the two year mark and (would turn off during the summer months.) jets or motor went out. We took really good care of it and outside still looks great but what good is it if it don't work anymore . So disappointed. I would spend more money on a better product or at least go with a company that offers a 5 year on the parts that will go out instead of just the structure.

Got this hot tub a few weeks ago and absolutely love it. When it got here it was completely wrapped so there was no damage to it. Me and my husband then took it to our pad placed it hooked it up filled it and have been using ever since. The jets work great never losing any power when everything is on so I'm not sure if there was an upgrade on the motor or what but other reviews have sad not a big enough motor I find it to be more than enough. So glad we bought this worth every penny!!!!

A lot of features for the price. We have never had a spa before so maybe it may not have some of the features of a 8-10k spa but dont honestly think we need anything more. Only have had it about a month now but use it almost every night. Great lighting and enough jets to get all of your features massaged.Cover is great but would suggest a cover lift. All in all really happy so far. Sams has this spa on sale a lot so you can even get if for 3k!

I bought this after pricing similar hot tubs at my local dealers at about twice the price. This tub isn't quite as refined as the one's from the local dealer but it does have all the same features. I ordered it on a Monday and it was delivered the following week on Tuesday, I'm in Idaho and I expected it to take longer than that. It was quite a bit lighter than I expected although it seems solidly built. I was able to move it from the driveway to my backyard by sliding the pallet with just my wife and I, although an extra person would have been helpful. It wired up easily and there was no damage from shipping. The setup instructions were clear and included plenty of pictures. I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. Everything works like it should. The listing isn't clear but it does have the "waterfall" and multi-color LED lights. There have been no leaks. You can only run about 1/2 the jets at a time, there is a valve to select which ones are running, but you can't run all of them at the same time. They are plenty powerful though. With the pump on high the big jets start to push you out of the seat! The listing says that the cabinet is Mahogany. It's not actually wood but a mahogany colored Polymer product kind of like Trex decking. I like it actually. I have had a couple of used tubs in the past that gave me fits so I decided to buy new this time and this was by far the best price I could find. I bought the 3 year extended warranty but after reading through it I realized that the manufacturer's warranty pretty much covers all the same stuff so I wouldn't recommend spending the extra money for the sam's club warranty. Bottom line is that I would recommend this tub. We have been using it every day and my wife and kids love it and I have nothing negative to say about it so far.

I bought this and received on August 12, had an electrician connect it on the 14th. It worked for one day. It has had an error message of PRR since the 15th. I've called customer service for two weeks straight and they say a technician will call and schedule a time to come out... I would like to return this product because it's garbage and so is the customer service.

this one is in a class by itself for only $2999. I’ve had this tub for 9 months and haven’t had a problem yet. It’s got a 2hp motor that pushes a FAIR amount of pressure to 65 jets. Lol. 65 jets. Turn the selector valve to change water flow and the pressure doubles to selected jets and decreases to others. There are two power settings on the pump. Jets are ingeniously placed to massage different parts of the body. One seat is for lower back, another for shoulders, another for neck pain, another for leg and arm pain. The waterfall is a superb neck massage. Included cover is well insulated. 104deg max temp, Shell is not smooth and it’s harder to clean the waterline than on glossy acrylic tubs. 280 gallon capacity is big enough for 4 big bodies or 7 smaller ones. It’s December 12 and I’m using it daily.

I bought the spa last September - the Jets are great and it maintains temperature really well. My only main issue is that it should have a compartment door for where the pump and main hookups are located. Instead, you have to unscrew the siding panels then screw it back to the plastic frame afterwards (not machine drilled and next to impossible to line up to previous used holes). It's a real pain in the neck. Also - be sure to add $700-$1500 to the price as you will need to have it moved into position and installed by professional electricians. Make sure the electricians leave the panels open after they finish - because you may need to tighten a few of the pipes by the pump, after you fill the spa, which may loosen during shipment. All in all - very good spa for the price!

For the price - its a nice enough tub - I dont love that it doesnt go full strength on all the jets at once - and I had to get used to the roughened surf, but - I have been enjoying it for a couple weeks. Delivery was smooth - came in good condition. As I have only had it a couple weeks, I can not attest to its longevity or durability. But after comparing a ton of tubs - this was the best price with the most jets that I could find, in my budget.
