For the price - its a nice enough tub - I dont love that it doesnt go full strength on all the jets at once - and I had to get used to the roughened surf, but - I have been enjoying it for a couple weeks. Delivery was smooth - came in good condition. As I have only had it a couple weeks, I can not attest to its longevity or durability. But after comparing a ton of tubs - this was the best price with the most jets that I could find, in my budget.

A lot of features for the price. We have never had a spa before so maybe it may not have some of the features of a 8-10k spa but dont honestly think we need anything more. Only have had it about a month now but use it almost every night. Great lighting and enough jets to get all of your features massaged.Cover is great but would suggest a cover lift. All in all really happy so far. Sams has this spa on sale a lot so you can even get if for 3k!

Bought a few weeks ago and arrived 2 weeks before scheduled, great part. Bad part was the delivery company had very poor communication skills to schedule delivery with us. Finally got it about 10 days after it came in. They sent one man and a pallet jack but it he was great and placed it in our garage. Just anxiously awaiting the electrician to come wire it for 220v. It is much larger than we expected which is awesome! Can’t wait to start the weekend in our new hot tub machine!!

This spa does not come with any electric parts at all. The last spa we had came with all the equipment and supplies needed for the electrician. Be prepared to spend an extra $500-$700 on getting the spa ready to be plugged in. Additionally, you must get the spa to your backyard or final destination. We were able to get the delivery guys to bring it to our backyard but had to pay for that too. We were relieved to get it to our backyard, it is HUGE. You can fit 7 people, it heats up SO fast (4 hours max), I am just worried about our first electric bill. Overall, we are thrilled. Get this spa when it is $1000 off so you have that $1000 to spend on other things.

Very roomy and neat features great price for what you get

This is a great Hot Tub for the money. We priced them and for what we paid was very reasonable. Each seat serves a different muscle group. My husband loves it. This is great for him since his hip replacement. Highly recommended.

We've had the Primo 65 for about 2 weeks, and we love it. It was easy to set up and get started, and the quality is great. My kids really enjoy the light and waterfall features, and the cover lift makes life much easier. The seating capacity is perfect.

Purchase was quick and easy. Delivery was sooner than quoted and went very smoothly. We just got the hot tub set up and were able to use for the first time. It seems to be an excellent purchase for the price. It has all the features we need. It heated quickly, the jets are powerful. We love the waterfall and lights. The only negative is that it really does not seem to be big enough for 7 people. We had four adults in it comfortably and there may have been room for one more and a couple of smaller children but definitely not 7 adults.

It took 6 weeks for our spa to come... the shipping was horrible and they did not know how to ship an item of this size. The spa is great! Basic model but great size and works great for the money! Fits my family of 5 great and kids love the lights and waterfall! Holds up well with kids!

We got this a few weeks ago, but just now got the electricity hooked up & filled it up. It’s very nice! There are plenty Of jets & they have power, but you can adjust them too. The water fall is a nice touch! The lights are pretty at night. My kids have enjoyed it & been in it every day since it was ready to go. Definitely a great purchase at a great price. It is very heavy, so it was a little challenging to get it from the front driveway to our backyard area. It took about 7 guys to carry it get it in place. It is heavy, so make sure you have plenty of help to move it & plenty of dove to put it where you want to. So far, we love it!!
