I didn't give it a great because only 14 months after delivery our heating pump went out and had to be replaced...2 months past coverage.. :(

I bought a Lifesmart Elliana from Sams Club online because it looked like everything we wanted in a spa for a great price. We have been using it for a little over a year and it has worked perfectly. It took over 2 months to receive because of logistics reasons but they gave us a free cover lift for making us wait so in the end we are satisfied.

Hot tub arrived on time with a helpful delivery man. The jets are not quite as powerful as I would like. The only way to get full power from the jets is to turn half of them off. It would have been nice if the unit came with a starter set of chemicals with a quality instruction book. After 5 months of ownership, everything seems to be working fine. No issues. The customer service was very helpful when I had questions about bromine or chlorine.

I purchased this hot tub in April, was not delivered until May 7th and came on time. We had to wait until we got electrician out to do the wiring, but after a couple of calls to the company everything turned out great. Checked on line for information as to wiring and operating, but kind of vague as it is a little out of date, compared to paperwork that was included. The tub is an exceptional buy for the price.

We have had this spa for five months and are very happy with it. It has and does everything as advertised. The temperature reaches 104 degrees F. It doesn't quite feel that hot to me and I kind of wish it went a couple degrees higher. All in all, a great bargain. I have no regrets about this purchase.

Spa arrived 2 weeks early curbside delivery as stated. Jet's are strong and are adjustable to desired water flow. Great feature are the multi color lights. Roomy will seat 4 adults and 2-3 children comfortably. Cover is durable and has a safety lock feature. Electrical parts are not included. Requires a certified electrician to hookup spa so expect to pay an additional $600 or more to install. Well worth it!

No issues. Be ready for about $1000 electrician set up and up to $300 for moving service from curb/driveway to back patio. We absolutely love this hot tub. It is a good 4 person comfortably sitting tub that can get really hot (80-104 temp range), jets are strong and great, accessing filter for cleaning is easy. So no complaints. Would highly recommend and feels like an absolute steal at the $3000 price range.

Received ours yesterday, and got my buddies to place on the new concrete pad. Takes awhile to get here from Mexico, but the 3hs pump is from California. Can't wait to get it hooked up. Why would anyone pay 7,8, or 10 grand for a hot tub?? Even at the now 4g price it's worth it. We got the sale price at 3grand

Had Spa about three months now seems to work well with no issues. Texture a little course! Get it when its on sale well worth it with free delievery!

We have had this for about 6 months and no issues! From below freezing temps to hot summer days it has worked flawlessly! Definitely a great value! The cover can be locked and the jets are strong enough to provide a massage.
