Decent Tub

Overall, I’m happy with my purchase. I would definitely say that this tub only comfortably seats about 4 average people. Sure, up to 7 if you want to be on top of each other. The controls are easy to use, but I wish there was a more dedicated off for the jets/fan. The lights are nice, only visible in complete dark. Temp is easily adjusted. Filter is easy to remove and clean. Tub is durable. Careful when removing and replacing the cover panels, they are thin and will crack if you accidentally over tighten a screw. Only downfall of the entire experience was delivery, which I understand is a local shipping company issue. On top of unforeseeable COVID delays from the warehouse, the actual delivery finally got scheduled between 3-7pm and the tub actually showed up at 9:45pm. Complete darkness. Curbside. Helpers had already had to leave. It was a nightmare. Be forewarned and pray you have family that can come back out 30 minutes away to assist...

We bought this over yrs ago and it has never worked. We got our money back but they never did send someone to pick it up. Do Not Waste Your Money On This.

Excellent Choice!

We bought this hot tub when we moved into our new home. Some friends had given us their old tub for our former home, so this new model was a real treat. I must say, however, that it would be very cozy to try to fit 7 people in this model. There is really room for only 3-4 unless guests are sitting on their legs. There simply is not enough legroom space for 7 people. Other than that, we LOVE this spa. I use it nearly every day--even in these Nebraska winters. Excellent choice, great delivery service from SAM's and a beautiful addition to our new patio.
