The only drawback that I have is that I am not able to use my existing surround sound system.

Because I'm not very high tech savvy, adding apps is not clear to me and I have no idea how to do it. Other brands, such as LG, are far more simplistic. In fact most every app available is already in the tv. The owner just has to scroll through them to find what they are looking for.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. My old TV came with a bunch of apps I had no need for and was not allowed to delete them. The old TV was always running out of space. I had to sacrifice some apps I wanted to keep the apps I needed. I added a flash disk to remedy the low space issue but the apps did not have to option to be moved to the flash disk. I have no intention to buy a TV from that corporation ever again. The brightness of my new TV is awesome and the response time is good. I have been able to install the apps I wanted. Pretty good deal for the price.

I love how the new tv looks and sounds and with my Samsung soundbar it is simply one of the best experiences ive had with a tv from pictures to sound and how light it is and I have it hanging on a wall mount and its just incredible. I love how all my apps are easily accessible and I could go from one to another in seconds. It really makes it easy for my whole house hold to use especially my 2 sons they use it like they're professionals. Altogether I give it a 10/10 for the whole tv all around. The picture when im watching a movie and its dark in the movie I could see the leaves on the trees in the background and everything else in the background its crystal clear and ive watched the same movies at another person's home and couldn't see half of what I see on my tv. Huge difference in quality of the tvs. The tv is quick when I try to go from one app to another it literally pops up in seconds I could go from app to app in seconds and it refreshes immaculately everytime and still does even with everything I have on the tv. Compared to other ppls tvs ive watched games and movies on its nothing like my tv. Their tvs take forever just to pull anything up and they glitch in and out and their picture when it goes from bright to dark it always freezes and pops in and out and my tv lights up from dark frame to light frame in a second its quick to pop in and out from dark to bright and its amazing how quick it is.

For the same price as the vizio and less than the hisense, i received much better quality! I play video games and dont feel like i lag. I watch movies and my tv shows with beautiful quality. I was skeptical at the beginning but this Samsung tv has met all if not more than all of my expectations. Thank you, Samsung!

The home screen is adequate, but could benefit from some personalization. The refresh rate is great for the content I enjoy, and sports are really represented well. For the price, you can't buy a better TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture is bright, sharp with accurate colors. Remote would be better if the buttons lit up when pressed. Also, tv speaker(s) are pretty weak. Volume is almost at full capacity to be able to hear dialogue in movies. I get it that there are aftermarket improvements available, but they've never been necessary on any tv I've owned.
