The brightness is amazing, the contrast in colors really set the picture apart from the old TV. The response is quick, no more waiting for minutes for any of the remote actions. This is a great TV and we are enjoying it and we are so glad we made the purchase. KS

I am watching my new 58 inch screen Samsung it is one of four Samsung in my house , the picture is great just like the others. The setup was a little different as I am in my 80 s but we got thru that with really no problems. I can recommend the Samsung brand as one of the best on the market,it's the only brand I think of when I think of T v😎🤙

As a mom who loves a good movie night and definitely notices picture quality, this Samsung 75" Crystal UHD U8000HD has been such a great upgrade for our home. The picture is crisp, bright, and detailed, and the huge screen makes movies feel so much more immersive. It is almost like having our own little theater at home. I do love how simple the smart features are to use and how sleek the TV looks in the room. If I had to pick a couple of downsides, I do wish the built-in sound had a little more punch, especially for action movies, and a higher refresh rate would be nice for gaming. But for everyday TV, family movie nights, and streaming, I've been genuinely impressed every time we turn it on.

Great price. But it should not take almost 3 hours to set up TV. Maybe I should've stuck with the previous Brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our first smart TV! Picture and sound are good quality. Overall we are happy with the purchase. The toggle for the volume control on the remote is our least favorite. To turn it up or down we are constantly muting it.

I love Samsung but when I bought this one and got it home I discovered it didn't have a fiber optic connection for the soundbar. I used the hdmi instead. It has been a great tv until today. I turned the tv on and I have lines on the screen. It looks like maybe I bumped the screen somehow and it cracked. Can't see the menu or anything to watch it now.

Remote was very small and hubby has large hand so got it paired with better one. Someone young would love this TV but it has way too much stuff you have to go to to watch anything. Picture good but also don't like cause it has very few hook-ups in back and we can't use our headphone system I had on other TV.

The TV is not a good one. It won't turn on with the remote or manually. The only way I can get it to work is by plugging in a Roku to the HDMI input port. I couldn't use a Sonos Beam because it only works by plugging it in to the same HDMI port and then I can't get a picture on the TV.
