[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV is not a good one. It won't turn on with the remote or manually. The only way I can get it to work is by plugging in a Roku to the HDMI input port. I couldn't use a Sonos Beam because it only works by plugging it in to the same HDMI port and then I can't get a picture on the TV.

No complaints about the picture quality However, the sound system is inadequate. Even at 100 percent, it's tough to hear. I imagine I'm going to have to get a soundbar. At an extra expense.

The setup was a little different as I am in my 80 s but we got thru that with really no problems. I can recommend the Samsung brand as one of the best on the market,it's the only brand I think of when I think of T v😎🤙

It's not as simple or convenient as it should be, and figuring out how to switch from one HDMI input to another can be frustrating. I shouldn't have to spend time trying to figure out something that should be straightforward and user-friendly. Samsung really needs to improve the HDMI input switching experience.

Had to have a Samsung account before I could use it. 2nd Samsung tv, 1st turned on and it worked, did half to pair with my wifi to get free channels. Great picture, just took me weeks to get my son to setup so I could watch it.
