Just installed. Had a kenmore elite microwave, that was 14 years old with trim kit This unit fit perfectly, with the trim kit matching all attachment locations

Looks same as my kenmore replacement microwave. Buttons are similar and glass rotating plate is exactly same. Won't have to relearn a bunch if new buttons and features.

I already have a mircowave like this in my lower kitchen. I find it very useful and quite easy to use. The cooking/baking that I do with the machine comes out according to the recipe. Quite happy that I have one to use in our main kitchen.

Sound of door closing is very tinny , like cheap metals. Doesn’t sit level on my countertop which is level. Miss the ability to put a 9 / 13 baking dish for reheating in this model which has turntable.

This is our second one there are a few new changes to this one, it has a child proof lock as the other one did not. I'm surprised it did not last as long as expected, however we love this model.

We got one of these in 2020 and it just broke. Should last longer than that. Also, the child safety latch doesn’t operate well, the doo button always sticks even when the safety latch is disengaged.

Replaced old model that was the same, the new one does not allow us to adjust the beeper volume and we cannot hear it. So we have to set a separate timer rather than use the microwave timer.

We have had it less than one month and the turntable won’t turn. We are almost 80 years old and won’t be able to manage carrying the oven to repair. We need someone to come to us. Please help!

This unit is almost exact duplicate of our 2009 Kenmore Elite. So pleased it fit perfectly and pretty much matches controls. Works great...big and powerful. Delivered overnight!

Bought as a replacement for one that looked identical to it basically that was 13 or 14 years old. Thankfully, all the buttons on this one are basically the same as the old one.
