This is our second one there are a few new changes to this one, it has a child proof lock as the other one did not. I'm surprised it did not last as long as expected, however we love this model.

Looks same as my kenmore replacement microwave. Buttons are similar and glass rotating plate is exactly same. Won't have to relearn a bunch if new buttons and features.

I replaced a 20 year old GE Model number JE1860SH with this model and was able to install above my range and use the same trim kit. It is much quieter and seems to work a lot better for now!!

Bought as a replacement for one that looked identical to it basically that was 13 or 14 years old. Thankfully, all the buttons on this one are basically the same as the old one.

Replaced old model that was the same, the new one does not allow us to adjust the beeper volume and we cannot hear it. So we have to set a separate timer rather than use the microwave timer.

This is our second microwave oven. We bought the same model because it works so well. We use the microwave a lot so when the one we had started having issues we bought another one just like it.

We have had it less than one month and the turntable won’t turn. We are almost 80 years old and won’t be able to manage carrying the oven to repair. We need someone to come to us. Please help!

Compared to the oven it replaces, I gained power+ better lighting inside while losing the ability to program 2 cooking periods separated by a variable wait time.

Our GE Microwave finally stopped heating so we went shopping for a replacement and decided to purchase the same unit as it had all the features important to our household. Glad we did.

This is my second purchase of this item in seven years. I really liked it until it started making a loud noise. I hope this one lasts longer. If not I will purchase a different brand next time.
