The flavor is where it really lacked . I was hoping for a real sour dough taste. I wouldn't have guessed it was plain sourdough. I'd buy again and use in place if a white bread recipe

Also highly recommend the Pepperidge Farm Farmhouse Sourdough rolls. A little bigger and heartier than a regular hamburger bun.

Great for making French toast and regular toast and my kids love it for grilled cheeses! Just the right thickness and taste great. Sourdough bread is a much healthier choice than any other kind around!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i use this product to make toast ( both regular toast with butter as well as garlic bread as a dinner side) and for sandwiches that I like to use a soft loaf such as peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese. I'm not thrilled with the packaging- to open the inside package it opens on the long side of the sliced loaf, not on the top. It's harder to place back in the outer bag and does not stay fresh for as long.

The grocery store didn't have any fresh loaves, so we tried this. My mom is a bit of a snob when it comes to sourdough and I was worried that my kids wouldn't eat it, because they haven't liked sourdough in the past. Everyone ate it and enjoyed it. I appreciate the milder taste. Some sourdough is just too sour for me.

It has just the right amount of moisture compared to others sandwich breads. The bread stands up well when making paninis! I can't seem to keep it stock long enough at home everyone loves it lol.

There are five substitutions in all five were great substitutions I like them all and they all gave me the benefit if they were a higher price I got the lower price if they were a lower price they gave me the lower price so they were great substitutions all the way around

The bread is thick and moist and makes an excellent sandwich with a lot of added flavor. The bread also toasts really well. The quality is wonderful and I would buy this bread again and again.
