[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the taste has that little bit of sour taste to it that makes it enjoyable you feel like you're eating homemade bread and when toasted it's very tasty with butter , it reminds you of the good old days when you were a kid having toast in the morning.

There are five substitutions in all five were great substitutions I like them all and they all gave me the benefit if they were a higher price I got the lower price if they were a lower price they gave me the lower price so they were great substitutions all the way around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved using the bread for grilled cheese sandwiches. It's a sturdy bread and can hold up without getting to saggy. The bread has a slightly sweet taste. I wouldn't use this bread everyday because it is high in carbohydrates.

This is terrible. Not sourdough at all and I'm pretty mad about it. It was a sub because they were out of the deli rye bread I tried to order, then out of the deli sourdough as well. This is sweet like Hawiian rolls. Going to have to use it for french toast.

bro this is NOT sourdough bread AT ALL. the bread itself is like eh, its SWEET tho. how can sourdough be sweet? it can't, and after you chew it for a while you can kind of taste the sour but the sour tastes like candy sour and not sourdough bread. I JUST WANT SOME SOUR DOUGH BREAD I CAN HAVE WITH MY BROCCOLI CHEDDAR SOUP. im so disappointed bro :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used this bread for every meal I can think of - it makes amazing French Toast, is the perfect sandwich bread (great with turkey and Brie), and is always there for a quick midnight snack of toast and jam.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i use this product to make toast ( both regular toast with butter as well as garlic bread as a dinner side) and for sandwiches that I like to use a soft loaf such as peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese. I'm not thrilled with the packaging- to open the inside package it opens on the long side of the sliced loaf, not on the top. It's harder to place back in the outer bag and does not stay fresh for as long.

I'm sure Pepperidge Farm is capable of making sourdough bread, but this is not it. This bread has no hint of sourdough flavor. It is heavy and high calorie. In short, it is just plain old thick sliced white bread. 3 stars because it is bread after all.

This bread is NASTY. I have never before ever not liked a sourdough but this is inedible. Its always very hard as well. I can maybe try to toast it and maybe eat it with peanut butter, something with a strong taste that covers up the taste of the bread. I hate to waste food so I tried to eat it when it arrived as a substitution, its not good at all though.
