Why wasn't item replaced with a different brand name. I understood if item wasn't available, that it would be replaced with another brand like Oroweat or even Great Value sourdough bread. I can't believe that there wasn't any sourdough bread in the whole store.

So this is the closest thing to homemade sourdough bread I have ever found. It's always fresh. It always tastes great and it is great value for the money.

Pepperidge Farms is such a great manufacturer! Love lots of their products ! This sour dough bread is at the top of my list! And if you haven't tried Pepperidge Farms cookies— you're missing a special treat! I can't get enough of the OJAI LEMON COOKIES! Wow!!!🤩

Does not taste like sourdough, and certainly does not have the sturdy stiffer texture of sourdough either. A disappointment really.

I appreciate this bread is always double wrapped for freshness. The pieces are the perfect size, not too thin or thick. Perfect for toaster or sandwich with the perfect texture and flavor.

This sourdough loaf has a great balance of tanginess and softness. It holds up well for grilled cheese, deli sandwiches, and toast. The slices are thick and have that bakery-style chew. Pros: Great flavor, sturdy slices Cons: Loaf goes fast because everyone eats it

no actual sourdough texture, tasted stale. may have been in storage too long. regular white or wheat bread is a better value

This bread tastes okay but the texture was off for sourdough. It's more like a sourdough flavored white bread.

This loaf was extremely dry and tasteless. I've purchased this before and did not have the same experience, something changed. I would not reccomend it.

This bread is really good for being store-bought. It has a really good sour dough taste, and I love the flavor plain or toasted for a sandwich. I also want to mention that Hellmann's Mayonnaise compliments this bread really well!
