Fantastic Generator!!

I bought a WGen14500TFc 18000/14500 Generator, this thing is a beast! Runs the whole house effortlessly! With three fueling options I feel I will be well covered the next time we are without power.

Great generator enough for my entire house!

I bought this generator to have a second power in case of emergency which us really often around here and I’m really impressed with this generator. I can even use my spa if I carefully use the power. This is awesome!!

Great Value for the features

The WGen9500DF has well thought out features and is convenient to use. Being a dual fuel unit gets around the gasoline/carb foul up issue but still allows me to use it in a pinch. Built in battery charger and remote start are a plus as well.

Well built

I did a lot of research before purchasing this unit and the reviews are great with only one weak point and that is the carbon monoxide detector. Other than that this machine is a beast just full of power and features

Wgen12000DF...Works as advertised out out the box

Easy assembly , started right up , easy to change to a floating neutral for home backup with clear precise directions on how to do so . Was easier to roll around than expected . I have had no issues as of this review .

Warranty Replaced Unit

First unit I bought in 2021 and developed a bad oil leak. Contacted Westinghouse and in a few days a new one was received. New unit works great and more than fulfills my 2200 sq ft home. Even best product has a lemon but they made it right.

Dual Fuel is awesome

Bought this because California is turning into a 3rd world country and out power is always going off. The dual fuel feature is what attracted me to this product.

Great Generator

Bought this 3 months ago and finally got the house wired to use it. Fired it up without any issues. Powers on either propane or gas my whole house, approx. 3000 sq ft, including central AC and 2 refrigerators.

Tremendous Power!

Got this for the hurricane season and was really impressed. We have another smaller generator, but won't need it to run appliances, lights, and more.

Great backup Generator

I have use it once, it was great having power during the storm. The only problem I found is the fuel selector switch is labeled backward in the quick start guide and the quick start label in the gas tank. It is correct in the actual manual.
