I purchased the 12000df to upgrade from a smaller generator. This will be use to provide power for my rv during power outages. We wanted to be sure that we were able to power everything on our rv. The key features are the dual fuel, the 50 amp plug and the abundance of power. We'll have power to help our neighbors if needed. I haven't fired it up yet so I can't speak to the function yet. I am aware that it will be louder than an inverter style generator. However that's why this is only for emergency use.

This generator is exactly what I need to power my whole house. I live in Texas and occasionally have to deal with outages due to hurricanes. Having the option for three different fuels is a must. I highly recommend this generator for all of your needs.

Bought to support two buildings in close proximity to each other but totally separate electrically, so two 50 amp plugs was key for me. Just to power essentials in each building in an emergency. Recieved within a week or so of ordering, inclusive lift gate service (important). I live on a farm so have equipment to move heavy loads. But most importantly I feel prepared in case of a prolonged outage. With all our animals, simply leaving for while isn't an option. Very happy with whomever thought this product design up; well played!

I purchased March 18 2022, received March 31 2022, stored in garage until June 10 2022 for initial startup & run...followed all startup procedures. Then ran under moderate load for about 5-10 mins then it shut down. Ran again in an hour or so w/o any load and it shut down within 5-10 mins. I then called customer service.

I needed something big for powering ac/heat just in case ! This unit arrived unmolested by transport. I am impressed by the completely clear and concise manual along with all the features on the generator. Followed the step by step instructions and the unit fired right up. Ran it for 20 min. to break in which I will repeat 3 or 4 times before serious use !

I just purchased this generator. So far, it's all that was advertised. Assembly was easy but was difficult to move off the shipping pallet by myself due to the weight. Started it with LP and no issues. Remote worked perfectly. Having an issue finding replacement oil filters but will work it out.

Purchased the WGen Dual Fuel 12KW/9.5KW generator on Tuesday and it was delivered free the following Monday. Assembly was easy even for a 60 y/o woman despite this 200+ lb beast. Filled oil. Hooked up propane regulator. Connected battery, turned on & started it up. One press of the start button & it automatically tried to start 3 times before firing up. Powered the main breaker & tested all the 120V outlets...all drawing power. Tesyed the remote key fob several times & she shuts off & restarts like a champ.. Will have an electrician install a transfer switch & interlock before it gets cold so I can have peace of mind this cold dark winter.

Installed wheels, oil, & connected battery... Unit fired right off. Used continuously for two days (on propane), not one issue. Ran A/C, two refrigerators, computer, lights... Best investment I've made in a long time. Only drawback is it's made in Vietnam, not American made.

I bought this generator last year when we lost power and did not need it until the other day when we lost power again (12 months later.) It took me 15 minutes to unbox and set the generator up and it fired right up! Worked great, powered my fridge, freezer, lights and a fan for 8 hours until the power came back on. Definitely worth it.

Our generator arrived on week 3 no power. We are now into week 4 & can charge our phones without letting the car run, we not only have water, but hot water, & toilet flushing without hauling water. Today we are going to work on what part of our home we need to energize to get our directv and Starlink up and running, oh and I ran the dishwasher! Little things we took for granted. Great product, I would recommend. For reference, our home is ~4K sq ft, our hot water heater is 70 gallon geothermal/electric, which heated fully in half an hour. We have 100% LED light bulbs, & 2 electric heat pumps that we have not yet used. We are leaving our full size freezer off for the time being, but our refrigerator/freezer is now cold, we may stock a few items. We have an electric range, but will continue to use propane grill and camp wood stove. To us newbies it’s a learning process, but again, we are very happy with our purchase.
