I brought this generator in May and have used it a few time when the power went out. We had a 50 Amp connection wired to the house. My house is all elect and the generator ran everything in the house including the AC. I have only used propane up to this point. My house is a 2100 sq ft home and it had no problem powering everything.

Arrived in perfect condition. Followed enclosed instructions and it started right up on propane. Ran for 30 minutes. No issues. Paired the remote. Used the box for cover in garage by cutting handle and wheel slots. Came with nice oil drain hose connected. Did not attach lift hook so it would fit in space I had for it and in box for dust cover.

I bought this generator mid-way through 2020 but was not able to really check it out and write a review until now.. Let me explain I work in emergency preparedness for a large utility and do to the pandemic and multiple storms in 2020, I had to put my new generator on the back burn. I will say that I researched many other units and waited @ 6months for this one to become available. I could not be more pleased wit the quality of the unit and the solid design. Hopefully I will not have the need to use it anytime soon but have great piece of mind that my wife will not be in the dark should we we affected by a storm and I am away working to help restore power for others.

I set this generator up to run my house. Plugged it directly to the breaker box from the 50amp plug. It worked flawlessly. Only had a bit of a drag on it when the a/c kicked on (as expected). Carried the load easily on propane. It is pretty quiet for a generator this size. I couldn't be more happy.

I purchased this generator approximately 1 year ago. I'm a Florida resident who has experienced several Hurricanes. Fortunately we have had none since my purchase. I have run the Generator frequently, in my case on Propane only. I can tell you that the generator responds perfectly every time I routinely "exercise " it. It responds to my household load , Whole house AC, Pool equipment and all. house hold appliances including electric Clothes Dryer, Oven, Stovetop, Dishwasher, Microwave, etc. etc. It works great . Incidentally the Harmonic distortion level of this unit creates a positive environment for all of my electronics including TV, Digital streaming, WiFi... you name it.

Awesome generator - received this at the end of June due to some delays. Once it arrived; hooked it up and tested it out with my transfer switch (yes supports transfer switch!) and it powered literally everything i needed it to which was everything in my house - The true test! Washer, dryer, ceiling fans, fridge, stove, 2 FL HVAC unit - you name it, this thing can do it and with the smart features and remote start - super easy to operate! So glad I bought this - comparable to Generac and way cheaper!

So, I set up Gen. Missing bolt for battery. Found a bolt and installed. Filled with oil and started without load. Looked around a saw gas shooting out near propane hookup and cooling fan was sucking it in and spraying all over Gen. Shut down and traced back under air filter. Removed lower housing for air filter and found one of the bolts loose too. The fuel shut off pushed out of the housing also when we tried to troubleshoot and lost more gas. Found one of the fuel lines cracked at clamp. I replaced the line. Running ok.

The product is diverse and provides exactly what i needed with gas and gasoline intake to run needed appliances and heat during outages where one realizes you are all by yourself. Only caveat which i took of one start is that it arrived with rust bumps in my case which i'll have overpainted easily.

We bought this generator to run a food truck. It starts great, but turns off on its own every 5-20 minutes. We have done all of the troubleshooting and nothing helps. It is very frustrating. Also, it is very loud. The power is great, but that doesn't help much if it won't stay running.

I purchased my original generator April of 2022 it's now Sept 2024. So far it has only worked 30 minutes. It's been in the shop all that time. They finally decided to replace it with a new updated generator. Well ok that's fine but I do not have confidence it is dependable. Time will tell. I had to purchase an additional generator and really don't need it any more. The service people were great but it just takes too long to get anything done. Generators should work when needed I've spent way too much on this one and I don't know if the new one has a warranty as I'm waiting for them to call me back do I can ask. I think I'll just sell it and be done with this brand.
