This unit is a beast. Well packaged. Setup was easy, needed a tractor to lift off crate. Had electrician set up dual 50 amp ports. Did initial start up on propane, started right up. I have not run this under load and probably will not have to in the near future. Unit sat in packaging for 8 months, and at the time I purchased were very hard to come by. I had to wait about 6-8 months until it was in stock. Again, great unit so far!!

I have had this unit for less than five (5) months (Purchased in June of this year, and received around 20 June, 2025. It is now November 8 and the blow out of the muffler weld points occurred towards the end of October. Around the 21st or 22nd.). The unit has performed very well using only one 50 AMP outlet. The unit does still struggle when any loads peak at above 40 amps. That said, I hope to have this hooked directly into the service to test the full 125 amp capacity. Now for the bad news... As you can see by the attached images, the muffler weld points (both of them) have blown out. This is a dual muffler system and very loud especially with this issue. The other issue I have found is accessory parts for this unit are very limited. I am purchaseing a zombie box enclosure for this generator and due to the dual exhaust a customization needs to be fabricated to pipe the muffler to the exhaust ports there are no exhaust extenders nor is there a range extender for the remote fob sensor. Finally The battery charger that came with the unit does not charge the battery. Though this is a powerful unit and one that I think really gets the job done, These issues are really making it hard for me to give a better review score.

Monster if a Machine!! Great choice! I am glad I chose this item.

Has been working flawlessly from the day I took it out of the box.

Recently purchased it and it will power my entire home.

This is a quality unit that will power my whole home for years to come!

Awesome unit total beast love it will be ready for power outages this year

It's quiet and doesn't burn a lot gas. would recommend this product.

I bought this Westinghouse 20000TFC 3 months ago and it cuts out after a few minutes.

Looks good getting ready to fire it up. Looking for a power cord to wire it to the house.
