I bought this after hurricane Helene to replace a 20+ year old Coleman 6250. I wanted one big enough to run my whole house, well and central air conditioner so I wouldn't have to switch stuff on and off which is fine for a dot or two but when you're without power for weeks that gets old quickly. Hope this one last like my Coleman has and it's nice that this Westinghouse has a 3 year warranty.

My Generator just arrived today. I have unpacked it and read the manual. I'm impressed with the clarity and simplicity of instructions for operating the generator. I have an electrician and propane company ready to come and complete the installation. I expect it will go very well.

Once the initial setup was completed, it was ready for work. Nicely built, I believe this generator has it all. Powerfull, dual powered (!!!), sturdy motor, remote starter, sturdy wheel, practical foldable handles,... Im very pleased with my purchase

Well packaged, easy assembly and start up. Quieter than my 25 year old Powermate. The giant wheels are in the right spot to balance this beast and move it around on uneven ground. So far, I'm loving the push button start and remote during break in.

I purchased this generator the first part of November from Electric Generator Direct and received it at the end of January 2022. Perfect condition. The assembly was minor and specification manual and start up operation made assembly a cinch. Very happy with the product.

Bought this 2 weeks ago and ran it for 12 minutes on gasoline. Generator runs fine. Would have given 5 stars but the battery design is weak. Must remove a wheel on this heavy generator to get to the battery - there are no quick connect terminals to remove the battery. Even though my instructions say to go to the recoil start if battery issues - there is no recoil starter on this model. Battery should be located someplace other than behind a wheel for quick access to this vital component. Natural gas connector has a component that I must remove to connect to my system. Other than these items - generator appears to be solid - but I have yet to test it under load at this time.

I just received my generator on July 1st and had to use it on July 8th. Worked perfect so far. Will test the true capacity later as I was only able to use extension cords this time but will have it running on the larger 50 amp output next time. Works great on gas and propane. Although the propane did not last as long as suggested but gas lasted longer than suggested.

This is my second purchase for the same generator by Westinghouse and this purchase is for my daughter.We have several power outages a year and I can run everything I need when the power does go out with no problem whatsoever.This certainly is a well built generator and the price too is hard to beat,you just can't go wrong with this generator.

The generator arrived in perfect condition. I took advantage of the "liftgate" feature, and the delivery company's driver couldn't have been nicer. He delivered it to my garage and a half hour later I had the wheels and feet on, added gas and oil and it started right up. Love the easy fuel change system and the remote start.

I would have given this five stars but in the owners manual I found it less informative than I needed. It can power up my home and our 3 ton heat pump. I will make sure the emergency heat isn't used. That can cause some big issues if the heating elements are activated. Assembling the wheels wasn't to difficult either. I put them on before removing it from the skid it was delivered on. I really like the remote start feature. I did find the low low idle will not be used much for my needs.Over all peace of mind for delivering clean electricity was well worth the extra money. I don't want my TVs or heat pump frying because the power is out. I did my research before deciding on this one. Great product!!!
