I just bought this a week ago so I'll have to do an updated review later on. When I got it i will say they did packaged it very well. I love that I have the option to turn on or off the low idle on this machine. The key FOB is a huge plus. The only thing I did wish this had was a backup recoil starter just incase the battery did end up not working. But other than that I like it.

I purchased the generator to power my Miller Multimatic 220 while I have a subpanel installed in my garage and it works great. The remote start lets me start and stop the generator from inside allowing me to save fuel. So far I've only run it on propane and it has never struggled to keep up.

After experiencing hurricane BERRYL, we knew we did'nt want to ever lose all of our food again. This was the best purchase we have ever made. The generator was everything we expected. We have used it and it powers our entire home and all appliances. Thanks, Westinghouse!!

I just received this generator, put gas and oil in it, connected the battery and it started the first try. It ran very quietly and ran smoothly. After five minutes, I put a load on it, and it worked as advertised. This generator is built tough and ready to go.

Use this generator to charge my batteries due to being off grid. Could barely tell the engine was charging (no bogging down). My only complaint was that it came with negative battery cable disconnected. I understand why, but it was not noted on the quick start guide.

I picked this up yesterday and started breaking it in today. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality of this generator. It was incredibly easy to get setup, instructions were easy to understand. It started up first try and run very smoothly. The smart idle is a great feature! Though the instructions don't state as much, I am doing a break-in period of running it for an hour with no load, changing oil, running it again for an hour, changing oil, and then running it again with a load. I don't see a reason it wouldn't be able to handle any household load I throw at it. Will follow-up after all of this is done. Despite the weight of the machine it is incredibly easy to move around. Not only that, it even looks great. If I had any complaints it would be changing the oil. It appears to be virtually impossible to do so without an absolute mess. Otherwise, I am ecstatic about my purchase. I got a 10ft 6 gauge cord to plug directly to the 50 amp outlet. I have a feeling the setup will work very well!

When I started researching generators for household backup purposes, this one quickly came to the top of the list. The features most important to me were low THD, dual-fuel, lots of power, electric/remote start and transfer switch ready. This one checked all the boxes! Item was received in good shape and started right up after adding oil and gas. I plan to plumb it via quick connects to my household propane tank. Looking forward to this generator providing many, many years of backup power!

Our Westinghouse 14500TFc generator arrived the other day and tested it out. We used the Nat Gas hookup we just had installed as fuel and it worked great. Easy, no gasoline or propane to mess with unless we have to. And in the future, no trips to the gas station, no 3AM filling or having to burn out the unused. It powered the whole house plus air conditioning too. Ha! Actually looking forward to the power going out just to use it. Well constructed and quite heavy, but moves easily with the no pump tires. Nice. A little bit noisier than our last and smaller generator but nothing unexpected. Quite long hoses for the electric and nat gas. I didn't measure them but surprised how far I can put it from the house. We're very happy with our purchase.

This generator is exactly what I need to power my whole house. I live in Texas and occasionally have to deal with outages due to hurricanes. Having the option for three different fuels is a must. I highly recommend this generator for all of your needs.

Purchased the WGen Dual Fuel 12KW/9.5KW generator on Tuesday and it was delivered free the following Monday. Assembly was easy even for a 60 y/o woman despite this 200+ lb beast. Filled oil. Hooked up propane regulator. Connected battery, turned on & started it up. One press of the start button & it automatically tried to start 3 times before firing up. Powered the main breaker & tested all the 120V outlets...all drawing power. Tesyed the remote key fob several times & she shuts off & restarts like a champ.. Will have an electrician install a transfer switch & interlock before it gets cold so I can have peace of mind this cold dark winter.
