This is my second purchase for the same generator by Westinghouse and this purchase is for my daughter.We have several power outages a year and I can run everything I need when the power does go out with no problem whatsoever.This certainly is a well built generator and the price too is hard to beat,you just can't go wrong with this generator.

The generator arrived in perfect condition. I took advantage of the "liftgate" feature, and the delivery company's driver couldn't have been nicer. He delivered it to my garage and a half hour later I had the wheels and feet on, added gas and oil and it started right up. Love the easy fuel change system and the remote start.

battery was dead on first use and would not take a charge the 240V plug on generator came undone and I couldn't plug into it generator vibrated and bolts were falling out of generator positive is its clean power to run some electronics that I couldn't on other generators

Packing was excellent, gen had no damage and was easily assembled in no time. Gen is 350lbs so l had my neighbor help me get it off the pallet. Hooked up a propane tank and it started on the first try. Haven't put a load on it yet waiting for my electrician to hook up interlock switch. Will update if needed, so far very pleased with purchase.

I live in florida and bought this after IAN. I have used it twice since during helene and Milton. It ran my whole house minus one or two rooms to i clude a 4 ton ac, two refrigerators, a deep freezer, microwave, 3 bedrooms and living room. It was flawless. Propane and gas switch over is easy. The best part is an oil change is so simple with the extended hose. The nrst home purchase i ever made.

Our generator arrived on week 3 no power. We are now into week 4 & can charge our phones without letting the car run, we not only have water, but hot water, & toilet flushing without hauling water. Today we are going to work on what part of our home we need to energize to get our directv and Starlink up and running, oh and I ran the dishwasher! Little things we took for granted. Great product, I would recommend. For reference, our home is ~4K sq ft, our hot water heater is 70 gallon geothermal/electric, which heated fully in half an hour. We have 100% LED light bulbs, & 2 electric heat pumps that we have not yet used. We are leaving our full size freezer off for the time being, but our refrigerator/freezer is now cold, we may stock a few items. We have an electric range, but will continue to use propane grill and camp wood stove. To us newbies it's a learning process, but again, we are very happy with our purchase.

I bought this beast to run my commercial floor grinding and epoxy business. The first 4 months it ran well. After that it would start up and whenever I put a load on the generator it would cut off. It's a pain to keep restarting the generator every 10 to 15 minutes because it keeps cutting off. Thank you Westinghouse for making my life harder than it really is. I can run 2 generac generators nonstop with no issues.

I bought this after hurricane Helene to replace a 20+ year old Coleman 6250. I wanted one big enough to run my whole house, well and central air conditioner so I wouldn't have to switch stuff on and off which is fine for a dot or two but when you're without power for weeks that gets old quickly. Hope this one last like my Coleman has and it's nice that this Westinghouse has a 3 year warranty.

I purchased this generator the first part of November from Electric Generator Direct and received it at the end of January 2022. Perfect condition. The assembly was minor and specification manual and start up operation made assembly a cinch. Very happy with the product.

Bought this 2 weeks ago and ran it for 12 minutes on gasoline. Generator runs fine. Would have given 5 stars but the battery design is weak. Must remove a wheel on this heavy generator to get to the battery - there are no quick connect terminals to remove the battery. Even though my instructions say to go to the recoil start if battery issues - there is no recoil starter on this model. Battery should be located someplace other than behind a wheel for quick access to this vital component. Natural gas connector has a component that I must remove to connect to my system. Other than these items - generator appears to be solid - but I have yet to test it under load at this time.
