Had the 15000 dual fuel for a few months now and have run a decent amount of hours on it, over 100 for sure. Changed the oil, changed fuel filter, air filter checked regularly and cleaned as needed. Ran exclusively on gas for the entire run time until 3 days ago when it suddenly just died and then would not restart. Gas tank 2/3 full. Hooked it up to the propane bottle from my grill and it fired right back up. Not sure what the issue is at this point but I use the generator to supplement my solar array so I have just continued to use it on propane. The unit itself has been awesome, it runs whatever I throw at it and just chugs along, but for sure however my experience goes with support trying to get this gas issue figured out will determine what I think overall of my purchase.

Have just had electrician install the connection to the house and started the generator. Added oil and fuel and it started readily. The generator comes with a charger and it should connect to the Control Panel but there is no hole to insert. Hopefully Westinghouse will respond and send someone to rectify the panel. Under ASSEMBLY on page - 12 under contents It advises 2 washing machines - - which should be 2 washers. Again hopefully Westinghouse will rectify their user manual. Too early to tell how good it is as winter still here and no outages yet. Thank you - Peter.

I bought this about a year ago, had not needed till Hurricane Milton. We had no power for 3 days, this generator ran flawlessly. I have a 3500 sq foot house and could run both AC units with all other regular house items. I could turn off a unit to run other big items if needed. I ran extension cords to neighbors so they could power there fridges and small items. Did exactly what I needed and cost a fraction of what a few neighbors paid for generac stand by units.

I bought this generator after several weeks of reviewing many generators. I originally planned on buying two. So we could run everything with out a worry. But this generator will run my a/c ,lights, tv and well pump. All at the same time. So another 12000 watt generator might be over kill.

We did our research across all generators and this meets our needs, and you can't beat the price! Easy to maneuver and put together. My 8 year old installed the wheels after shipping. Only downside was 3rd party shipper rescheduling but that's an amazon/drop shipping issue, not Westinghouse.

Just had this delivered and the setup was easy. Only a few steps and the instructions were easy to follow. Fired it up and after warming up 30 seconds or so it idled down to a quiet purr until I added a load. The panel is laid out well so that everything is easy to find.

First time I went to use this generator when the power went out, I hooked up the battery and the panel indicator showed it was good. After several attempts to start, I realized it didn't have enough juice. I had to use my portable jump box to start it. Pretty sad on a brand-new unit. Otherwise, it was great.

Performance: This generator ran for a full 12-hour period on a single tank of gas without needing a refill. That's a huge plus and a game changer for continuous service. 🔑 Key Notes & Considerations: CO2 Sensor Issue: The generator shut off three times while running in an open field. The lights indicated a CO2 sensor error. I solved this by placing a fan near it to keep air circulating—worked like a charm. Unsure why it triggered in open air, but something to watch for. Battery Management: After my first test run, I forgot to turn off the battery switch. Several hours later, I noticed a light still on. Unfortunately, the battery drained completely and now won't recharge. Major downside: If the battery dies, there's no manual recoil option to start the generator. I purchased the generator to power my Miller Multimatic 220 while I have a subpanel installed in my garage and it works great. The remote start lets me start and stop the generator from inside allowing me to save fuel. So far I've only run it on propane and it has never struggled to keep up.

It took to long to arrive, almost a year, but it works amazing, its very powerful. Mine was leaking some oil after couple of hours working but we are going to take it to a certified place to check it out. besides that everything else works fine. And I also like that its very easy to use.
