Finally got a generator for my house after several bad storms and being out of electric. Have not had to use it yet, however I am prepared. The unit came in with no issues and it was super easy to put wheels and handles on. Love this init, and it is big enough to run my AC.

We bought this to power our Grand Design Solitude 5th wheel. It easily powered the 50 Amp RV with 3 A/C's, full size fridge, microwave and all of our accessories. Both fuel sources work well with gas lasting a bit longer than propane. It is heavy but what do expect for a generator with these features. Have used it to run power tools as well. No problem. Would definitely recommend. BTW - called customer service just see how they would respond. They answered my questions with ease and kindness.

I just installed the generator inside a custom made shed connected to the Smart Switch. The machine arrived in perfect condition and after assembling it, it started at the first try. Lots of white smoke at the beginning from the exhaust which eventually went away. The generator is noisy (84 dB), but inside the shed, it comes down to 68-70 dB. It adequately protects itself by shutting down it the exhaust is not well drawn out of the shed. Overall, very satisfied, it follows the Smart Switch perfectly

Waited three months for this generator to be available. Exactly what I wanted to power the whole house, for medical reasons, in case of a prolonged power outage here in Florida. Love the ability to use propane as I don't want to store large amounts of gas for a prolonged period of time. Delivery was fast, and direct to the door. I have recommended this generator to two of my neighbors, and we all went together and ordered one each.

I love this generator. It is powerful enough to power my entire home just like a standalone home generator, but it's portable. So I can use it for my RV at my home or on the road. Also, come in handy around the farm when you need electricity to operate power tools for any project.

I just received my generator on July 1st and had to use it on July 8th. Worked perfect so far. Will test the true capacity later as I was only able to use extension cords this time but will have it running on the larger 50 amp output next time. Works great on gas and propane. Although the propane did not last as long as suggested but gas lasted longer than suggested.

After learning about portable generators, my son, his father-in-law, and I all three independently settled on this model portable over other portables and over whole house. It was easy to get an electrician to put in the necessary, electrical plug, and the electrical panel and to get a plumber to ensure the right piping and flow of natural gas over to the location. This is bringing me great peace of mind as we enter hurricane season.

I just received the WGen9500DF generator and was happy with the instructions, set up and that it started and ran right away. I used propane and still need to try gas but I am happy so far. The one thing I didn't like was that the handle grip was damaged. However I will talk to the warranty department, I am sure they will satisfy the issue. I will update this review if I have any issues but so far I am happy.

I bought October of 2019. I was a little Leery about the purchase by some of the reviews about battery issues. But when I took it home I had no problems of the such. Fire on second attempt and seems to work well. A little loud but it was Expected for a generator of that size. Appears to be well built.

This is a beast. Weighs over 500#. You're not going to casually pick it up & move it around. I bought it to run a welder through, & I'm going to have to find a plug-type converter. The welder is a 3 prong plug & the 50 amp receptacle is a 4 prong female. Seems solid and reliable, but haven't used it much yet. I have the WGen 9500 little brother & it has been great, have used it a lot.
