Had this delivered and it worked great, but developed a small noise in the starter. Emailed Customer Service and they were extremely prompt addressing this issue, and sent me out a new starter no-charge. Now there's no starter noise, and the generator runs like a freight train!

Bought to support two buildings in close proximity to each other but totally separate electrically, so two 50 amp plugs was key for me. Just to power essentials in each building in an emergency. Recieved within a week or so of ordering, inclusive lift gate service (important). I live on a farm so have equipment to move heavy loads. But most importantly I feel prepared in case of a prolonged outage. With all our animals, simply leaving for while isn't an option. Very happy with whomever thought this product design up; well played!

Once I removed the generator from the shipping box, I was able to assemble the front supports and attach the wheels in about 15 minutes. Since it was just me, it took a little bit longer. I was surprised to see that Westinghouse provided a spark plug wrench and an installation wrench in the box. That was super helpful and I didn't have to try and figure out what wrench to use on the bolts. It's currently raining, so I haven't had the chance to add fuel and fire it up. That can be another review.

This generator was so much easier to use than I thought. It also powered much more than I expected. We have a 5,000 sq foot house with two large central air conditioning units, as well as a wood workshop. Short of running the shop machinery, this generator powered all of it! I'd recommend this generator to anyone who needs a serious emergency power source.

We ordered two of these expensive generators. They say not to exceed half load during the first 5 hours. So, we decided to run it with a small load for 5 hours to have it ready to do during a power failure. So far, it has randomly died a few times. When it does, it's as if it tries to recover, but then dies and you can re-crank it after about 30 seconds. This is not going to work during all night power failures. Additionally, neither until had the washers in the box for the axels, or the trickle charger for the batteries. These are 20,000 watt units. They have no pull rope, so if the battery is dead when you need it, you're out of luck. They're supposed to come with a charger that can be left attached so the battery is hot when you need it. This is referenced throughout the manual, yet neither of my units arrived with one. If they keep dying, If you buy one, use your American Express card so you're protected.

I wanted to be sure that I was prepared for the power outages in Houston Texas. We've experienced power outages in various conditions; winter and summer. I needed a generator that can handle powering my entire house and some. See, I have a neighbor that is a senior citizen that is taking care of her disabled daughter and I wanted a generator that could handle both houses. We both had an electrician to get our houses with the capability to connect to the generator and we were so excited to see both our houses running of of the Westinghouse Tri fuel 20000! I also turn on my A/C unit on this generator and it handled it like a champ! We were so impressed and believe that we are now prepared for any outage in our area. Thank you Westinghouse family. This generator is LARGE !!, Uncrated ,filled with oil, Filled up fuel tank, connected Battery, Fired Up Instantly !!, Everything functions as it should. Running at approx 50% Load it will run our whole house, Heat Pump, Stove, Microwave, Washer & Dryer, All appliances.... This thing doesnt even struggle a bit.. Bring On The Storms !!!

I bought this a month ago and have only tried it out once. It started on the second try and I only had to push the button once. It's not the quietest generator but it is not too loud. It's very easy to use and set up. I hope I won't need it next winter but I should be set when I do.

This portable generator is everything the description says it is. It runs our 2000sq ft home with no problem. It doesn't drag when our air conditioner kicks on, it's tough. It will definitely serve it's purpose during hurricane season in SWLA!! Plenty of outlets for extra plug-ins. It is surprisingly quiet for as big as it is. We have no complaints and are super happy with our purchase. Pretty sure we will be putting it to the ultimate test during hurricane season. I have no worries, it's going to provide the power to my home and then some. Thank you Westinghouse!!

After getting a quote for a back-up generator, this beast fits the bill. It will run my entire 2500 sq ft house including AC with no difficulty and was a 1/4 the cost. Giving up the connection to the gas line and the automatic transfer switch, but saving a lot of money
