I have had this machine for a couple of weeks now and we are enjoying it very much. It makes a nice cup of espresso even though I am still trying to find the right beans to use. I have tried some local fresh roasted beans but they seem a little bitter to me but they make a nice Capaccino. The milk frothing is excellent even using 2% milk. I have used the drip feature and this makes an excellent cup of coffee. I have also tried the latte and this is also very good. I will keep experimenting with the beans I am sure to find the right ones for us.

When I grind beans to make a quad espresso, the funnel does not catch all of the grounds resulting in a waste of my beans which are not cheap to buy. If this continues, I will probably have to return the machine which I do not want, unless I am doing something wrong. Please advise.

I bought this two weeks ago and absolutely love it. My wife and I have made drinks everyday so far. It is so compact for having the grinder, frother, and all the brew functions. It is so easy to work and such high quality drinks. I highly recommend it!

Ove had this for about a month and it's a game changer. I used to have a normal espresso machine and I loved it but it was a pain to use during the week. This you can walk away as it's brewing and frothing your milk at the same time. The quality is just as good and yet effortless. It also freed up so much counter space.

I highly recommend this product it was just magnificent, coffee lovers need this! I love the excellent espresso and iced coffee this makes makes both hot and cold foam, so many possibilities. I am in love with my ninja lux espresso machine. It adds an elite touch to the kitchen.

So, I never write reviews. Like, ever. I usually think they’re a waste of time, especially if the product is good. I mean, we all feel the need to leave bad reviews when something’s awful, right? But this thing? I love it so much that I actually went back through my emails just to find the one Ninja sent me asking for a review. That’s how much I love it.Trust me, you won’t regret getting this. It does everything you could want for coffee. It might not be barista-level, but hey, I’m not a barista—I just want great coffee at home, and this thing makes it so easy. It walks you through everything, comes with everything you need, and even stores all the tools right in the machine. Super handy!Honestly, Ninja, you’ve outdone yourself. I’m obsessed with this thing.

Best investment that I ever made! I am giving it 4 stars, because it takes a lot of countertop space surrounding it. It's best placed on an island because you need a full 360 degree access to the machine as well as on top. The tray does get filled with water quickly, even when I purge the milk steamer into a cup. Everything the equipment you need comes with the machine. I recommend buying a knock box (to empty the grounds) and a wet rag (to clean the milk steamer after every use). You can use your own coffee grounds, but when you make your fancy drinks, I found that coffee creamer does a better job than frothed milk for my personal tastes.

Bought the luxe and it leaked right out of the box. Sent it back and got a replacement. This one worked two weeks and the grinder malfunctioned. The machine, when working did great. One down side is you can not make a single shot, only a double. Two machines in one month was enough for me to buy a different brand. It’s a good idea but cheaply made. Also they gave me a ration of crap about returning the second one!

Grounds everywhere, I've tried doing a quad shot 3 times, I go by the recommended grind amount and every single time grounds are everywhere before I pull it out. I've tried googling, and can't find a solution. Also impossible to reach anyone via chat or phone

I shopped around for a long time for a new coffee machine and pulled the trigger on the Luxe because I love all of Ninja's other products. Overall? It's ok. It's not great and now that I know that feels expensive. It splatters- be prepared to have coffee everywhere. And grinds. It's also heavy & the water fill tank is on the back on the machine so if you have it against a wall which you likely would be prepared to pull the machine out to fill with water. The iced coffee should be called luke warm coffee. Even if you fill a glass with ice prior to brewing said ice will be melted by the time the glass is full with coffee. The frother is hit or miss. Sometimes I will get a good froth, others I will want to run through again and again. Every once in a while the machine will glitch and I will have to turn it all the way off and start again- almost like it needs a reboot. End of the day the warm coffee is good. It's just a lot of work and a lot of money for what it is.
