We absolutely love our Ninja Cafe Luxe. I was hesitant at first because it does cost so much, but it has been amazing. I almost bought a breville version of this before this came out, but I didn’t because it had so many reviews where the blades would get off caliber and how so many people experienced issues, and it is even more expensive! I’m so glad we waited because we absolutely love our Ninja! We had a Ninja coffee maker with frother before this but we wanted to eliminate all the different coffee machines. Our other ninja lasted over 10 years, and we never experienced any issues, so I’m confident about our purchase with this. LOVE THIS APPLIANCE!!

This machine is excellent for person who wants barista style coffee without having to learn to be a barista. It does everything for you and makes excellent drinks. It takes all the guess work out of it. The only issue I had was the machine was sent to my old address somehow luckily the people whom bought my old house still had my number and gave me a call.

This is a coffee lover’s dream come true. Every cup is better than the last. It produces a very clean cup of coffee with no coffee grinds in the bottom of the cup as some fresh grind coffee makes do. Very quick and easy to use. I’m very happy with it, money well spent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start but saying that I have only had this for a day so, I have by no means exhausted its features or can speak to longevity of the machine. What I can say is that the set up process was SO EASY! My at home coffee machine of choice has been a nespresso because I did not want to deal with maintenance or complexity of a “normal” machine. With this, I was pleasantly surprised at the instruction video that explained everything you needed to know and made it very simple to get up and running. It will take a little bit to remember exactly how to change the brewing settings, but I feel like I’ve got set up very well to make another espresso tomorrow. Ninja has made it very easy to quickly learn the very basic settings, and it also seems to be super user-friendly when trying to learn more. The machine is also not super loud. It is not silent, but does not get as loud as I feared.  I really liked that it is an all in one machine so I can froth my milk and make my espresso with the same piece of equipment. I also like that you can manually or automatically froth milk so if you would like to try it on your own or capable of doing that. The one thing that I dislike so far is that I cannot froth my milk and pull my espresso at the same time. I really like that with my espresso I can click the button to start my coffee and click a separate button to froth my milk so when I come back in, everything is ready for me. I will say, there is a future that allows you to queue up your milk so once your espresso is done, pulling, it will immediately start on the milk so it doesn’t seem like that huge of an issue. One other thing that is a mild detractor is how big this machine is. I really enjoy that my Nespresso is very small and takes up very little room. I think this comes with the territory being an all in one machine, but absolutely look at the size specifications and be sure it fits where you want it before you buy  Some additional pieces of equipment that would be nice to have with this machine would be a rubber mat to tamp the espresso on. I’m not too keen on continuing to tamp it on my granite. I would also recommend getting a small bin to dump your espresso grounds, it will be nice to save these and use them for my plants later. I absolutely love the look of this machine. The stainless feels very premium. It feels very hefty and like it’s not going to get dinged up easily. Overall, this machine seems very user-friendly and very simple. I would call this a gateway into some of the more manual espresso machines, but could also suffice as a “daily driver” of sorts.

Great coffee maker I love that is compact and it's a perfect combination regular coffee and espresso the only downside it doesn't heat up my milk as hot as I want it so I have to put it in twice with a higher setting of froth still does not achieve it my last Breville did a perfect espresso. I think this machine lacks and heat and pressure. China you're doing a Great job you almost perfected it keep up the good work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The coffee machine is stainless steel which is easy to clean and very durable. It is able to do many functions, including grinding your beans, making coffee with different settings, and frothing your milk - hot and cold.

Truly the best coffee machine we've purchased so far! We bought this last November and are so impressed with the ease of use and the quality of drinks it creates. My husband and I make multiple drinks per day and can't get enough. We also use high quality coffee through a subscription with Trade coffee (highly recommend) and so we joke we have the best coffee in all of NYC :) We've gone through other espresso machines in the past but the auto grinder / scale, auto frother, etc. all make a HUGE difference.

I purchased the Ninja Luxe about 2 weeks ago and I am still learning how to use it. I am pleased with the product because is very easy to use and to make a great cup of expresso everyday in the morning before going to work. The only concern I have is that after brewing a couple of cups of coffee I noticed a water leak on the counter from the machine and I ma not sure where is coming from.
