I just received my Ninja Espresso & Coffee Barista that Influenster sent me to try in exchange for my honest review a couple of days ago. I have only ever owned a basic regular coffee pot, so when I opened the box, I was a little intimated. I cleaned all the parts and read the instructions, then took off to the store to get everything I needed to make the perfect coffee. I literally made the perfect cup of coffee on the 1st try. It is so easy to use and understand. I have never even thought about having frothed cream in my coffee lol but I did it, and it was not only delicious it was so much fun to make! The built-in frother comes off easily for cleaning and works very well. I love this barista so much!

The design is incredibly well thought out, especially the storage compartments, everything has its own place, which makes it super organized. I also love that the bean hopper is tucked inside the machine, so it fits perfectly under my kitchen cabinet without taking up extra space. One of the standout features for me is the cold foam: it’s unbelievably thick, just like something you’d get from a café. The machine has practically replaced several other gadgets in my kitchen, making it a real space-saver. Plus, it’s so foolproof; even if you’re not a coffee expert, you’ll still get amazing results every time. I’m really excited about all the options and customizations this machine offers. Whether I’m in the mood for a classic espresso or something more experimental, it’s got me covered. I also appreciated the water hardness test that came with it—it's clear the developers really thought of everything to ensure the best possible coffee experience.

Wanted to love this machine due to its advertised simplicity and ability to do regular “drip” coffee. But unfortunately this machine was not for me. No matter if I followed the recommendation from the machine or tried changing the grind size or brew temp it always tasted burnt. The burnt taste followed from espresso setting and in the “drip” coffee setting as well. Have tried various beans and cleared the grinder before putting the new beans. Though it is really simple to use personally some tuning is needed to the software to get recommended settings to not have the espresso or coffee tasting burnt. Ended up returning the product though still waiting for the refund.

This is our first espresso machine. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. The machine is very easy to use and performs really well. The quality of the coffee is excellent. We do use higher quality coffee beans, which does make a difference with the performance of the machine.

We've haven't even had this a month yet and I am so glad we got it! We can make coffee just as good as when we go out for it and the money we are saving is insane! The machine and all it's components are so well made with quality materials. Another great feature is that there is a place to store all the pieces right on the machine. No worries about losing them. Overall, this is one of the best machines we have ever gotten and I wish we had gotten it sooner!

User friendly allowing anyone to be a barista! I feel fancy, bright eyed and bushy tailed with this machine! After a lot of research on different brands and machines we landed with Ninja and couldn’t be happier! We also help run a commercial coffee shop and this little machine compares in quality and brew!

The machine is intuitive and easy to use. Espresso and cold brew options are good. However, it does not make a good cup of coffee. Regardless of classic or rich brew options, the brew is weak and the taste is acrid to bitter. It’s disappointing that this is not able to replace my coffee maker or pour over equipment. I’m back to grinding my bean and making pour over cups. I use the like only to make espresso shots or the occasional cappuccino or latte.

Love the ability to make our coffee from scratch (minus the plants😹) but this machine makes amazing cafe type drinks!!!! AND THE FROTHER 😍😍😍😍

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I opened the box, I was a bit worried that the machine would be too complicated to use. However, after going through the instructions, I found it to be extremely easy and intuitive. The product is also designed with built-in storage for all of the accessories, which i appreciated. I love that I can make either Espresso or coffee and how many options there are for foam. I can honestly say this made the best cup of coffee I ever made at home! Absolutely recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ninja luxe Cafe premier series espresso maker is beyond easy to use. They have great tutorials and easy to follow instructions to get you on your way to making the perfect espresso drink! This machine is a beauty too! It's more compact than I thought as well and looks great on the countertop. All of the extras and cleaning tools fit conveniently into the machine as well making it's foot print even smaller. I'm definitely ditching the coffee shop for this one.
