I've used this a bunch since I got it in the mail. Love the espressos and the frothing systems. Easy to use and makes delicious hot and cold beverages. It was a little hard to figure out the manual frothing but once I did it worked like a charm. Haven't tried the drip coffees or the cold brews yet but looking forward to trying those features out as well. Love the size of this machine. It doesn't take up a large footprint on my counter. The directions were pretty easy to understand and the set up was minimal.

I'd like to start this off with saying I have not yet actually used the machine. This review is solely based on the appearance. I got this unit in the color trace blue. The pictures on the website show a muted light grey with a slight blue hue. I thought it was very pretty. But when I received the unit, the color was so different from the pictures that I thought I received the wrong color. It was more of a sparkly dark grey. I wish I could have seen the units actual colors, as I probably would have been able to make a more informed decision and might have been happier with my purchase. I am sure the unit works great based on other reviews I have seen, but I am disappointed in the misrepresentation of the color. You'd think they would be technologically advanced enough to take accurate pictures considering they are part of a tech company.

From a functional standpoint, the machine performs well and offers good value in terms of features and capability. Its strongest attributes include the tare-based grinding function and the closed-loop feedback system that adjusts the grind setting to achieve consistent extraction by weight. Additional standout features include the ability to prepare cold coffee extractions and the ease of producing a range of milk textures—from flat milk and flat white to fully automatic cold foam. However, the product description does not clearly communicate that the machine’s construction is predominantly plastic. In contrast to the standard base model, which is clad in thin stainless steel, this version replaces nearly all visible stainless-steel components with plastic. This difference was a significant disappointment. Given the higher price point, the expectation would reasonably be for painted or anodized metal surfaces rather than plastic. While it is understood that material choices may be driven by manufacturing cost considerations, greater transparency is needed. Customers upgrading from the standard model to this version should be clearly informed that, despite the added cost and expanded functionality, the machine is primarily plastic in construction. If you asked me what I would have done - I would have paid less for the standard model as a recommendation.

I bought this a couple weeks ago and I gotta tell you, it’s my favorite thing in my house. It works great. Looks sleek and sexy. It’s easy to use. I love all the different things I can make and do. Definitely getting my moneys worth this year being my own barista

The machine is beautiful and I am still excited to use it! BUT, I cannot turn the portafilter. I mean CAN NOT. I was giving it all I had, afraid I was about to break the whole machine! The video said there would be some resistance.. Okay, right. Understood. I workout and am not frail by any means. There is something definitely wrong here.

Bought this around Black Friday, absolutely love this thing. It makes great espresso, and I don't need to be a pro constantly re-testing pulls and weights etc with new beans, after a shot or two it can dial it in for me. And also, the cold foam attachment works so well, makes amazing cold foam for my drinks. I'd highly recommend this unit, could not be happier.

I wanted to so bad to give this 2 stars, but can't. We purchased this as a 2025 Christmas gift. The only thing this machine has going for it, is the look. It looks great, such a beautiful machine. However, the quality of drinks and use of machine is another thing. We calibrated it to the specs it recommends, we brew to the specs it suggested, it was nothing short of terrible. We used several high quality beans and still the brew and taste was awful. At times, it didnt even brew. We followed instructions, watched numerous videos, but still terrible. Such a disappointment. It really is too bad, because we wanted this machine to be just as good as the look.....it wasn't. Unfortunately, we had to return it.

I bought a Ninja Café Lux 601 a year ago, it changed my life. I am the only coffee drinker in my house and it is perfect for me. I was using a Nespresso system, but I really wanted to upgrade my skill, for example be able to manually steam my milk, which this unit will do if you read the manual a bit. I learned about coffee balance, found a great local coffee roaster, who might just be my new best friend. I gather, the newer Ninja models are even easier to use, but I get to enjoy the aroma of fresh ground coffee before I make my puck and that is a feature that seems to me, would be sacrificed. LOL. Maybe they could put in a very slow fan that would waft the aroma into the room on their new system, turn on after the grind a before you use the lever to compress the puck. But now I am being fancy-full. Total reliability with daily use. Recommend.

I have been asking my husband 4 this 4 🎄. But he got it 4 me early. I love my Ninja Espresso machine. I have used it everyday and will continue 2 use it. The price was fair and it is well built. I have no issues with it since I have been blessed 2 have it. I want 2 thank Ninja 4 a great machine. I also want 2 thank my amazing husband who wanted 2 give it 2 me B4 Christmas.

Obsessed with this machine ~ I had a Breville for years and wanted an upgrade . I almost didn't buy this because I wanted a more “experienced coffee machine company” this machine is above and beyond my Breville ! Incredibly user friendly , pours perfect espresso everytime and the ability to create hot or cold foam makes making my latte SO much more fun
