Love this machine! The Ninja Luxe Pro makes great espresso and is really easy to use. I especially like the built-in grinder and milk frother. It saves space since it does so many things in one. Highly recommend!

This thing is absolutely awful don’t buy it. Have to recalibrate every time you make a coffee & most people don’t have 30 mins to make a watered down coffee.

Absolutely obsessed! Took a few trial runs of course, but a great machine once you get it down. The tutorial video isn't very thorough with every setting so I had to do some googling.

5/5! The best coffee at home! It was an investment but kicking an expensive coffee shop habit is worth it! Grabbed some Lavazza super crema and it’s coffee shop quality at home!

Not user friendly. Takes 20 mins to make a cappuccino. By the time you clean around the machine and the milk frother, the drink would be cold. Additionally, the machine wastes so much water for no reason. Requires about 1.5 L every other day just after making two double espressos each day. Water starts leaking around the machine. Wanted to love it but honestly was so disappointed. Will be returning.

I just purchased this espresso machine a couple of weeks ago. I am in love! I have made cold brew, espresso, iced lattes and everything turns out fabulous. The cold foam is amazing! It’s user-friendly, easy to clean and relatively quiet. I highly recommend it!

I really wanted to love this machine, but unfortunately, it’s been a huge disappointment. One of the biggest issues is the milk system—it doesn’t heat the milk properly. Every time I want a latte or cappuccino, I have to microwave the milk separately, which defeats the whole purpose of having an all-in-one espresso maker. On top of that, the espresso shot is very inconsistent. I use a shot glass to measure and have tried multiple techniques, but I never get a full 2oz pour. It’s always around 1.5oz, no matter what I do. For a machine at this price point, I expected much better performance and consistency. I had high hopes and really wanted this to work out, but sadly, I’m not happy with this purchase. I wish I had gone with a different brand.

This Ninja Luxe machine makes excellent coffee and lattes. I look forward to using it every morning (and most afternoons). The interface is intuitive and the process of making a latte enjoyable. (I do run a water only cycle first to warm up the machine on chilly mornings…makes a big difference to the temperature of my drink.) I love having storage on the sides to keep everything tidy. I researched for years before I finally purchased my first espresso machine and got it on sale so I feel like I got a good deal. I absolutely love it!
