Bought this 2 years ago when it first came out and absolutely loved it. However now it is failing, conveniently after the year warranty. The team claimed they “fixed it” by letting me send it in the warehouse, but it is now failing again. Only regular coffee brews will work, not espresso. I am sick of this headache.

Bought ours in January 2026 and by March a piece (the hopper) had broken and already needed replacement. Contacted Ninja thinking because the machine was bought so recently the issue would be resolved free of charge but that was not the case. Be aware when purchasing🥲 Other than that the machine is beautiful.

After 7 years our Kerieg Cafe machine just said enough. My husband and I are particular about our cofee , so finding a new machine to go with was quite a difficult choice. This product is exceptional for the cofee lover who likes to reminise about drinking a cappuccino on the plaza novona in Italy or just a on the go cup of Joe to get the kids to school. Easy to use , compact to fit in your at home cafe corner, and easy to clean.

High quality machine, worth the price. I began pulling espresso daily about a year ago, buying all the tools and gadgets and things for my previous machine, which was pricey and nothing had a home. With this machine, you get everything you need in the box and it all has a place to go! HUGE space saver compared the my previous set up. I can make my coffee so much quicker now and it performs so well. I haven’t had bad coffee with this machine yet. It also seems really easy to clean and wipes down well. I do wish more colors were sold in store (I wanted black) but I’m too impatient to order online so I just went with the silver!

It’s beautiful and high quality coffee maker. It has a several functions that help you be your own barista from home. Comes with cleaning accessories. The instructions for use are very clear.

I’ve been using this coffee machine little over a year and I can grantee that by far my best purchase ever cannot go wrong with it you’ll have your best coffee in no time!!!!!!

I love coffee but I don’t know how to make so I bought this Ninja Luxe. The Barista assist helps in sizing , dosing and milk frothing which makes it a good smooth espresso within minutes.It feels like having a mini cafe at home

We have had this Ninja Luxe for over a month now. We must say we have and along with our family & friends we are enjoying the great coffees which we are brewing. Perfect every time.

Horrible warranty. Machine lasted 17 months and completely died, stopped grinding and stopped recognizing the porto filter. The “best” Ninja could do was give us 30% off a new system. Wouldn’t spend another dollar on this product.

I bought this 6 weeks ago. The machine no longer works. It continues to say install portafilter when it is in. The machine willl allow single serve espresso to me ground and brew. Over priced for a machine that lasted 1 month.
