Because this version of Dawn is a part of our P&G Professional line, we hope you'll give our customer service team a call, and ask them how to get a pump sent to you. Hi Joe- We're sorry you did not receive a pump. Due to the way this product is packaged and shipped, bottles of the Original scent purchased through Club Pick Up or in Club will have a pump. Original and Lemon scent bottles purchased through shipping will not have a pump included. Pumps can also be purchased separately on the PGPro supplies website. Leaky Mess

This was a replacement order, and like the first order, it had leaked into the plastic bag that enclosed it. Fortunately, the soap was contained in the bag. The container was NOT busted, so the soap must have leaked out the top. The online description state the pump was only available when the item was bought at the warehouse, but both times the pump was not only included it was already on the container. What a mess!

It does state that the Lemon does bot come with a pump. So it makes ya think the blue does. Well I guess not. Got mines in the mail today and no pump. Kinda stupid that you’ll give the pump to ppl that come to the store rather when they order through the mail.
