Sometimes tho it wont let me go back to my cable box except for in a small box on there. Idk what messing it up. I also dont like how I cant just restart the TV from the screen. There's no option to just restart it. I have to go thr u the trouble of unplugging it & thts really frustrating.

I got my Samsung crystal UHD from Verizon when I s5artwd internet service for my home. The first time I turned it on I thought something was wrong because the picture clarity and sound were unlike anything I've ever seen and heard on a TV. Now i can't go anywhere n watch TV unless it's a Samsung. Truly excellent quality. Everything about this TV makes my viewing experiences perfect everything. Very easy to navigate.

Has a ton or great easily accessible apps.In all I love my Samsung TV and all my other Samsung devices and gadgets. Extremely convenient and comprehensive Entertaiment systems.I wouldn't change this T.V. one bit as far as its capabilities!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely pleased as soon as I set my new Sams 50" TV up! The color, contrast, actually all the clarity adjustments are so precise. What really surprised me was the responsiveness, how fast it was compared to the new LG I have in the Den. If the 2 week return period hadn't already expired, I'd take the LG back and exchange it for the exact same model as this new Samsung Im reviewing now! The sound is also so clear with just enough of the bass and other sound settings. A soundbar isn't needed because Samsung hit the mark with the sound clarity!. This is just as good as any Sony I've had at a much better Price! I don't know what's gotten into Samsung but whatever it is they should keep it up! I'll never buy another brand of TV and you can take that to the bank! Samsung TV'S are the best. Actually most of their products are great! Thanks Samsung for a great TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how responsive the TV is it's very quick all of its features . the clarity of the images on the TV is excellent it was easy to hang the TV up on the wall too because of how light it is and I confuse the picture clearly from any angle in my living room from the kitchen even from the hallway!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only issue I have is the very small remote. I bought a holder, so I know where it is and not lose it under the sofa. I bought a Samsung sound bar because the volume is too low. Been watching tv a totally different way like watching movies instead of news and Hallmark until I purchase it.
