The staff at the store were very helpful with getting the TV into our vehicle. At home, TV setup was easy.

The picture is sharp and bright, upscaling works well, 4k content looks great, the refresh rate is customizeable as well, and the colors are vivid, have great contrast, without looking artificial. Setup was quick, the smart tv interface is responsive, easy to navigate and customize, and streaming apps load quickly and smoothly. The size is perfect for our living room and it looks very clean mounted on a wall or on a stand. The built-in sound is decent, but paired with a Samsung surround sound speaker system it makes everything more immersive. Overall, solid value for the price and would highly recommend.

Can a TV be too easy to set up? I was expecting to spend an hour or to going through all the settings and ipdates that I assumed were going to be needed to set up our nee 55” Crystal UHD Samsung. But, no, it was 90% ready to go out of the box and 30 minutes later we were rewarded with a wonderfully clear, crisp picture with nothing other than its connection to our WiFi

My 58" Class Crystal UHD is absolutely outstanding. The picture is clear and crisp. The contrast is unmatched to what I had become accustom to on prior units. The brightness is perfect for watching sports. The color uniformity is consistent across the entire screen (even the corners). There's no blurriness so low-resolution is pretty much non-existent. The refresh rate could be faster. The setup was easy and gave a number of custom options including numerous streaming apps. I also like the simplicity of the remote.

Great picture and is one of my all time favorites I have a curve tv also and its still going like the og it is. I love how the new tv looks and sounds and with my Samsung soundbar it is simply one of the best experiences ive had with a tv from pictures to sound and how light it is and I have it hanging on a wall mount and its just incredible. I love how all my apps are easily accessible and I could go from one to another in seconds. It really makes it easy for my whole house hold to use especially my 2 sons they use it like they're professionals. Altogether I give it a 10/10 for the whole tv all around. The picture when im watching a movie and its dark in the movie I could see the leaves on the trees in the background and everything else in the background its crystal clear and ive watched the same movies at another person's home and couldn't see half of what I see on my tv. Huge difference in quality of the tvs. The tv is quick when I try to go from one app to another it literally pops up in seconds I could go from app to app in seconds and it refreshes immaculately everytime and still does even with everything I have on the tv. Compared to other ppls tvs ive watched games and movies on its nothing like my tv. Their tvs take forever just to pull anything up and they glitch in and out and their picture when it goes from bright to dark it always freezes and pops in and out and my tv lights up from dark frame to light frame in a second its quick to pop in and out from dark to bright and its amazing how quick it is.

The brightness is amazing, the contrast in colors really set the picture apart from the old TV. The response is quick, no more waiting for minutes for any of the remote actions. This is a great TV and we are enjoying it and we are so glad we made the purchase. KS

As a mom who loves a good movie night and definitely notices picture quality, this Samsung 75" Crystal UHD U8000HD has been such a great upgrade for our home. The picture is crisp, bright, and detailed, and the huge screen makes movies feel so much more immersive. It is almost like having our own little theater at home. I do love how simple the smart features are to use and how sleek the TV looks in the room. If I had to pick a couple of downsides, I do wish the built-in sound had a little more punch, especially for action movies, and a higher refresh rate would be nice for gaming. But for everyday TV, family movie nights, and streaming, I've been genuinely impressed every time we turn it on.

The TV itself has great picture quality, but switching between HDMI ports is a real hassle. It's not as simple or convenient as it should be, and figuring out how to switch from one HDMI input to another can be frustrating. I shouldn't have to spend time trying to figure out something that should be straightforward and user-friendly. Samsung really needs to improve the HDMI input switching experience.

Also, all the ports are behind the TV rather than on the side, making it difficult if you plan on hanging it with a flush mount! Additionally, I'm bummed it has a 'soccer mode' rather than a general 'sports mode.' I honestly do like the TV—we are a Samsung family—but out of all of our TVs and products, this is our least favorite. Still, it's not enough to return it, as it was a pain to hang and set up with the ports being in the middle of the back, not even toward the outer edge. 🙄"
