[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this Samsung TV because of the deal it was the price of the TV was so cheap I couldn't believe it so I couldn't help but to buy it it's a crystal UHD 4K 55 in the sound of it is phenomenal in the picture is Chris and clear the Smart Hub on it is phenomenal as well many apps to choose from different inputs for your other sources of video and very lightweight which gives it an easy job to hang it on the wall I couldn't say anything but how phenomenal the price and quality is Samsung always impresses me

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like all Samsung televisions, this one is reliable, but the screen image “disappears” when there is any light in the room. Great for dark or darkened room, but definitely not a good choice for a room with any sunlight whatsoever.

We planned on transferring our dvd player and recorder, firestick, sound bar and our plug in ear phones but no connection for headphones and not enough hdmi for everything or no plug in spots for headset or sound bar. Learning how to fix all that has taken us time. After figuring out ways to get most hooked up and buying things to facilitate most of the rest being connected we are at a place where we can enjoy the new tv. We like everything else about this tv - just the set up was frustrating. I'm sure the younger set would have had less problems adjusting from their old set to the new systems. P

It take a while to get use to. I have had many. Samsung products and I had not had any issues with them. SAMSUNG IS THE BEST.

The sound is amazing, especially when you amplify the sound. I hooked up a soundbar with a sub box to the system and I might as well be at the theater. The extra features like the gaming I don't use much but when I get mood to school to have it. The price was also outstanding it was on sale but still, a Samsung for that price, unbelievable. Once I got the contrast set it worked out very well. It didn't take a little time to go between the different features of color and tint and all that to really get exactly what I wanted but the combination was available and I found it. I couldn't be happier with the unit
