We appreciate your loyalty over the years, but are disappointed to hear about your recent experience. We haven’t made any recent changes to our Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues. They should still be the same soft, gentle tissues that you know and trust. We're honored that you put your trust in Kleenex brand, but feel like you wasted your money. We certainly understand how frustrating excess lint can be. The material you noticed are small processed cellulose fibers used to make paper tissues, and we do try to keep lint to a minimum during the manufacturing process. Our Kleenex Ultra Soft tissues don’t contain any added fragrances or dyes, so we wouldn’t expect there to be any sort of odor.
