Love these shelves, I am finishing out my garage and need a nice shelf to compliment the floor and walls. These are very easy to install, they hold a so much weight, they have a great finish on them and they make the space amazingly efficient. I was able to pick these up curb side and set them up by myself no problem.

One of the pillars was broken, called Members mark phone number and they’re an absolute nightmare to work with. I have never come across customer service this horrible. I called 5 times and they would just hang up on you without answering any questions and refused to provide their name. There’s 0 accountability, i called Sam’s club and they transferred me back to members mark customer service. Don’t waste you $$ buying members mark products because if it’s not working good luck reaching anyone to resolve your issue. Wish i would have recorded the phone call. Had to take the broken pillar back to Sam’s and the manager was nice enough to get it replaced. Once setup it works as intended, setup took about 30 mins. Top holes did not line up properly so had to use the hammer and a towel

Sturdy, nice-looking unit to replace a less sturdy unit from local big hardware store purchased mid-2020. This new Sam’s Club unit is able to hold my home canned tomatoes without any problem. Because the shelves are wire, I cut a large section of the heavy cardboard packaging to line the shelf.

I bought 5 of these. 4 of the boxes looked a little roughed up but I brought them home as they were already loaded on my truck by the time I saw them. I bought them online for curb side pick up. They’re way too heavy to take in and out. So I let it be. I get home and unloaded. I have a friend of mine helping unload and put them together. 4 of the 5 shelves were bent. It took forever to put them together and it wasn’t easy as parts were bent and twisted. If they weren’t so heavy and bulky I would’ve taken them back. Once they were put together and functional they’re great. Perfect size to put in my basement to try and organize items. I’ve bought these before and didn’t have the problems I had with this last purchase. Lesson learned… if boxes are roughed up someone from the store can switch them out before going home. I paid too much to struggle putting these together.

Over the years I have purchased almost 20 of these. They are very sturdy and easy to assemble ( about 20 minutes). There are those that have wooden shelf's ( and cheaper) but I have found that if you spill anything on them it's there forever. I load these up and they never sag.

Great Value. MUCH cheaper than similar shelving units. Very sturdy, very easy to assemble, very solid. We didn’t need to bolt it to the wall. I have two in my garage and they work great. They make my garage look so much more organized and we can finally fit both cars since these do not protrude past the side of the garage door. One dislike I had was that they are GRAY and not SOLID BLACK like I assumed that would be. So, they don’t match my other (cheaper) Sams Club shelves but that’s alright.

Very sturdy and tolerate outdoor weather well. I bought these for my husband who puts his driftwood on it outside. I ordered some more but we’ve had several of these units outside in the weather for years for three years already in there perfectly fine there’s no show of wear and tear

Easy set up and economical. They were less money than competitors that were similar but 2” less depth to their shelf space. 24” vs 22”. Linking multiple units together, I purchased 7 units that covered 2 runs inside a 40’ shipping container. I left two end units with 4 shelves per section and the rest have only two shelves which gave me a longer run.

So SO Easy to assemble. Love it. Bought 2 then 2 more. Gonna buy 2 more. I saved the cardboard from each box and cut out 2 pieces large enough to line 2 of the shelves on each rack. My husband was going to cut some pieces of plywood, but the cardboard is good enough. A few of the pieces were misshapen with manufacture errors, but I could make them securely fastened anyway

Pick this up in-club if you can, we had it shipped and it wasn't packed very well for its weight. It is HEAVY. We had some chipped edges and bent shelves but nothing worth returning. The build quality is just okay, we had to do some finagling to get the rails in place since the main supports were kind of crooked and the holes for the shelf supports weren't all drilled correctly so we had a couple that just absolutely wouldn't fit. All in all though for the price it will work just fine for our purpose.
