Great product. Very sturdy, easy to put together, adjustable shelves, and can hold a lot of weight per shelf/unit. It’s a very good buy at $150. The only drawback is the weight of the box. We bought two units online for curbside pickup. We measured the cargo space of our SUV with the seats down and determined the boxes would fit if we moved the passenger seat all the way forward. The Sams Club team loaded them in our car so no lifting for us. When we got home we backed the SUV up to the garage and opened the boxes in the car. We took the pieces out one by one (packaging was great and easy to open and unpack without removing the carts from the SUV. So easy to install and no heavy lifting. We are happy with our purchase and would 100% recommend these shelving units.

Love these shelves, I am finishing out my garage and need a nice shelf to compliment the floor and walls. These are very easy to install, they hold a so much weight, they have a great finish on them and they make the space amazingly efficient. I was able to pick these up curb side and set them up by myself no problem.

Great product & contrary to some other reviews ZERO damage to inside of packaging. I liked these units so much I ended up purchasing a total of 3 of them. I did invest in some high quality 3rd party heavy duty casters so that they could easily be moved around my shop. I'm using them for large shop tool & shop supply storage. Would not hesitate to purchase additional racks if needed.

I like the shelf, which I just put together today, but one of the cross bars and one of the grid sleeves was bent when we opened the box, and cannot be straightened. I will have to call Sam's tomorrow and see if they will get me replacement parts. Until then I'm missing one of the shelves.

Pick this up in-club if you can, we had it shipped and it wasn't packed very well for its weight. It is HEAVY. We had some chipped edges and bent shelves but nothing worth returning. The build quality is just okay, we had to do some finagling to get the rails in place since the main supports were kind of crooked and the holes for the shelf supports weren't all drilled correctly so we had a couple that just absolutely wouldn't fit. All in all though for the price it will work just fine for our purpose.

Product is nice and will would have worked well in my garage, however just like some other reviews there was hidden damage to the metal frame in the box. It was unsafe to use to its maximum weight capacity. Sam’s customer service tried to help get a replacement part but none was available. Received a complete refund. Did not purchase again.

It's good. It's not as heavy as I initially thought, so I would probably not suggest this rack if it isn't against a wall. The instruction manual doesn't show the exact same number of slots used for customizing shelf heights, perhaps off by 1 or 2. So just keep that in mind when assembling. Still definitely recommend this for the price I paid. I wanted to keep within a budget and it's only used to store totes in my basement, so this rack made sense for me. If I didn't have a budget or if I was using this to store heavy equipment in my garage I would look for something more heavy duty and sturdy.

Firspiece i took out was damaged/bent. Unable to assemble because of this. I called customer service because I didn't want to have to lug it all the way back to the store being that it's a couple 100 pounds and I'm 45 minutes away. Customer service has done no follow-up with me whatsoever I've had to call back and check in on the status of the replacement part from makers mark which they keep telling me they're not getting any response from them completely dissatisfied with customer service and the fact that I have to lug this heavy thing all the way back to the store and waste over 2 hours of my time. Customer service is useless. There was no damage damage to the box In the area of the damaged product which means that they packed it damaged.

This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with Sam’s club. Beside the items being received late, it had bends and scratches. It took some fabrication to get some of the pieces together to have them all aligned in order to keep it level at some angles. Reached out to customer service and I wish I didn’t. I wasted 30 min of my time speaking with a non experienced foreign worker that had trouble speaking in English and granting a solution to the situation not even offering a refund or a replacement????. Sam’s club, we are very disappointed for quality and service!!????!!!!

One of the pillars was broken, called Members mark phone number and they’re an absolute nightmare to work with. I have never come across customer service this horrible. I called 5 times and they would just hang up on you without answering any questions and refused to provide their name. There’s 0 accountability, i called Sam’s club and they transferred me back to members mark customer service. Don’t waste you $$ buying members mark products because if it’s not working good luck reaching anyone to resolve your issue. Wish i would have recorded the phone call. Had to take the broken pillar back to Sam’s and the manager was nice enough to get it replaced. Once setup it works as intended, setup took about 30 mins. Top holes did not line up properly so had to use the hammer and a towel
