One of the panels was bent.  Clearly it was dropped from a height.  I made it work, but they should have taken better care.

The shelf is a good product, but it should come with wheels.

No wheels

bought this 2 days ago  was super easy to put together

20 days after ordering, I'm still waiting on these shelves to get delivered.  Online service no help.  Club can't help until delivered.  Unable to cancel order.  Fedex keeps saying they're going to deliver today, then turns into Little Orphan Annie talking about Tomorrow, Tomorrow.... everyday they cancel and say they'll deliver the next day and this has been going on for almost 2 weeks....

Hard to Review when 3 weeks later, no delivery...

I like the shelf, which I just put together today, but one of the cross bars and one of the grid sleeves was bent when we opened the box, and cannot be straightened. I will have to call Sam's tomorrow and see if they will get me replacement parts. Until then I'm missing one of the shelves.
