This was delicious. Cut against the grain about an inch thick and then cooked on a pan for about 6 minutes per side. It was perfect. Tender and the flavor was great. Will buy again!

It's not too versatile because it tastes like fajitas meat, obviously, but you could easily put on a salad or do tacos/nachos! I'm weird with meat that looks like this…so trust me when I say, I would buy again!!

IMO it should be accompanied by rice or some form of carb for that extra “hmph”. Ingredients tastes fresh, not cheap like other brands. Overall not bad.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Buena Mesa Chicken Fajitas for my honest review. The Buena Mesa Chicken Fajitas did not taste good to me at all. I first tried to use the fajita meat to make a taco, and it had a very weird after taste. I then tried to use the fajita meat to make a chicken salad and thought maybe the salad dressing would help; but it did not. I realized the weird after taste comes from the additives that the chicken sits in while packaged. I couldn't get past the strong after taste to be able to enjoy the chicken fajitas no matter how I prepared it. All in all I would not recommend this chicken fajita meat to anyone.

The pre cut and seasons cut down on so muxh prep time Wasn't dry came out juicy definitely will be trying more options with this brand

this is delicious. the seasonings are tasty and the chicken is tender and does not dry out while cooking. highly recommend.

Fantastic, great taste, all white meat. Loved it and will buy again. You can cook it and place on a salad for lunch the next day.

The flavor was good; however, we did not like the texture of the chicken at all. Would not recommend.
