These are SO good, and I'm not just talking flavor wise. Every time I grill chicken that I marinade myself it's always dry and for some reason these fajitas come out moist and juicy. I've grilled them twice and both times they have been cooked perfectly, which is weird to me because I grill all the time and I never have chicken come out this good temperature wise.

Taste of chicken and vegetables remain consistent with juiciness to chicken and very good flavor. Very well seasoned and not much work needed to be done. Marination is equal through would recommend.

The Buena Mesa chicken breast fajitas were yummy! I cooked one package containing 3 chicken breasts, and the meat was seasoned well. For dinner, I sliced the chicken fajitas to make a taco salad. I seasoned the drained black beans with a sprinkle of paprika, cumin, and pepper. I added romaine lettuce, corn, black beans, cherry bomb tomatoes, guacamole, shredded cheese, and salsa. We forgot to add the tortilla chips but our meal was very good! We will definitely purchase this package of chicken breast fajitas again!

This was delicious. Cut against the grain about an inch thick and then cooked on a pan for about 6 minutes per side. It was perfect. Tender and the flavor was great. Will buy again!

The chicken is well-seasoned, flavorful and tender. I have added peppers and onions for a more elevated fajita dish and added mixed cheese for quesadillas. Both are delicious.

The pre cut and seasons cut down on so muxh prep time Wasn't dry came out juicy definitely will be trying more options with this brand

The packaging made it sound flavorful and seasoned, but it turned out pretty bland and lacking any real spice or depth. The texture of the chicken was fine, but it just didn't have that smoky or citrus taste it promised. I ended up adding my own seasoning to make it more enjoyable. Overall, it's convenient, but not something I'd buy again.

I first tried to use the fajita meat to make a taco, and it had a very weird after taste. I then tried to use the fajita meat to make a chicken salad and thought maybe the salad dressing would help; but it did not. I realized the weird after taste comes from the additives that the chicken sits in while packaged. I couldn't get past the strong after taste to be able to enjoy the chicken fajitas no matter how I prepared it. All in all I would not recommend this chicken fajita meat to anyone.
