I grilled mine in butter and served it over a green salad, but you could make traditional fajitas or shred it up for tacos, too. I also shred it up and make chicken fajita quiche. My kids enjoyed it a lot and couldn’t tell the difference between their favorite grilled nuggets from a restaurant and this flavorful meat cooked at home! A win for the whole family!

We cooked the breasts whole and then sliced it to retain moisture. This is a great value and we’ve already bought it again! So easy to make and adds so much to your meal.
