The Proheat 2x is so easy to use and so easy to clean

The cleaner that I used to own was so hard to clean. This one is a breeze

I only have three carpets small rooms. And I purchase 3. They don't hold up. I changed to hoover

trying to wash stairs but won't spray water. Any suggestions

Easy to use on carpet but it doesn't spray water on stairs. Very frustrating.
