Grand dog urinates on carpet. The smell does not come out but the water come up dirty so it does clean well.

The only issue I have is the attachment hose keeps falling off Spending half my time putting it back Wish water reservoir was larger!!!

Wasn't very difficult to operate after I read the instructions and I couldn't believe the power of this machine.

It really is the best carper cleaner ive ran across. The brushes really scrub giving it almost like a hand scrubbing effect.

Brushes should turn off while using furniture cleaner. It ate up my throw rug and I had to replace brushes on first use'
