We and our Dog, Douglas, are very excited to have this machine. It was very easy to put together and the instructions very helpful.

I have to large dogs who live inside the home. This is a joy to use! Much better than and easier to clean than my last shampooer

I use this machine on our carpets it is easy to use and change the water, not heavy and it does a GREAT JOB which I really like.

It took out all remnants of stains in my cream colored carpet. The pet soap is awesome and the house smells fresh and not like wet dog.

This is the best machine ever. I love the suction it gives for pulling up the water. Dries so fast. Easy to use and clean.

I clean area rugs and all carpeted areas with this cleaner. It cleans deep down, the carpet dries fast, and the results are beautiful.

It pulls dog hair from deep. I dont mind the one gallon capacity, allows me to keep hot water and not heavy to change out.

70 YEARS OLD,HAVE BOUGHT SEVERAL BRANDS,THIS ONE PRO-HEAT 2X PET CARPET CLEANER IS THE BEST OF THEM ALL!

The only issue I have is the attachment hose keeps falling off Spending half my time putting it back Wish water reservoir was larger!!!

This got out stains that a professional carpet cleaner said would not come out. I absolutely love this machine and it's very easy to use.
