Haven't own it long. So far it cleans as good as it's advertised. Our dog doesn't have accidents in the home but sheds more than any dog I have ever had. The shampooer collects 90% of the hair (if not more). We are pleased.

Poorly designed hand attachment. Very little cleaning. Rollers keep spinning and bristles came out of rollers, belt detached and stretched. Will not send replacement parts that match my 1986 model, only old model.

Easy to assemble right from the box. I had some stains on my carpet I could never get out with my Rug Doctor, but those stains came out with ease with my Bissell Revolution. I will be using it often, its lightweight and easy to use.

It did a great job with cleaning things. But there is a huge leak from where the clean water is at. I literally don't have to pull the trigger anymore. It also gose through water fast. It takes about 10 mins for it to just leak through....

I've had a Bissel carpet shampooer for several years and decided to upgrade. So much easier to use and clean. The only thing I would change would be the handle. My hand got sore.

This machine is amazing. Works hard to get the deep down stains. Very easy to use, and light weight. Cleaned every rug in my house, they look brand new again.

I have what is supposed to be considered the best pet vacuum on the market and when I clean the carpet this cleaner pulls up piles of hair missed by the vacuum. It easily takes up spots and dries fast.

I use this to clean up pet stains and although I vacuumed this machine picked up a lot of pet hair that my vacuum missed. I am amazed how well this works. So worth the money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great job on my carpets, looks like a professional job. Carpets dried quickly. My favorite part is how everything comes apart to easily clean after the job.
