I borrowed my niece's shampooer and it just happened to be the Bissell pro heat. I absolutely loved how easy it was to use and clean, and the way it cleaned my carpet. I went and bought my own

Machine did a great job cleaning while it worked properly. It started leaking from the foot of the machine and the only way to stop the clean water/solution flow was to remove the tank.

I love this cleaner. My oldest cat Whitey who I just lost was having accidents in the house. The Bissell Proheat was a miracle worker in getting my carpets stain free.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First time I used belts not working no suction got half of one room. Cleaned before problem started they sent me the wrong belts. Still cant use carpet cleaner.

Like other reviewers stated the tank to hold dirty water isn't big enough to even hold the water that's sprayed out. The scrubber brush doesn't get anything up you will definitely still be on your hands and knees to get anything off the carpet.

My carpets had not been cleaned in a few years and I have cats. I was considering replacing them all, but when I cleaned them with the pro heat 2x pet pro carpet cleaner my carpets looked great!

This cleaner works great! I have a 90lb pit bull who loves the mud. We also have blue carpet. You see ever step he has taken! This cleaner got up mud stains that were set in! Awesome machine and so easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this machine. So easy to clean you can lift the brushes right out. Before I was breaking toothbrush's trying to clean my old machine Just cleaned my very dirty white tile floor Amazing

We have 2 dogs and were seeking a solution for their occasional messes. The Bissell Pro Heat 2X has performed way beyond our expectations! We highly recommend it.

Wow I can't believe the cleaning power from this machine. We are very clean people and after using this we were amazed at how clean the carpets came. Also it the beast for cleaning carpeted steps.
