[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Shampoo bout4 times a year the plastic wheels wearing and starting to come off. Good shampoo er. Lousy wheel cheap crap. Lasted bout 4 hrs now falling a part No more!!!! Shame on you.

I have owned several carpet cleaners and this one is the best by far. I love how the front has a low profile so I can actually get under furniture and cabinets.

I had (have) an older model Bissell, about 15 years old, and I thought it did a decent job. How wrong I was. This ProHeat2 Pet is fantastic, it was easy to use however it is a little on the heavy side, about 25 lbs.

I just bought this machine and I am impressed with everything about it so far. Easy to use, powerful and performs far above any other machine I've owned. I only wish I had found it sooner.

I just want to say we like this new Bissell We like this new Bissell ProHeat t 2X very much. It cleans very well and picks up the water in the carpet very well when your done cleaning. Also Its nice to see something do as it advertised to do.

I have six cats and my carpets are 14 years old. I have tried just using you no spray foam and some elbow grease and they were tolerable but this is like I just had my carpets professionally cleaned

This machine is amazing. Works hard to get the deep down stains. Very easy to use, and light weight. Cleaned every rug in my house, they look brand new again.

Used it for cleaning dirty carpets. Have cats. And kid. This cleaner is easy to use, empty and clean. Don't like the tank being on the handle, makes it heavy.

I used this to remove dirt from muddy dog paws and the wet dog odor from the carpets and furniture and it worked better then anything I've ever used before
