I've had this carpet cleaner for only a couple of years. I am cleaning it properly but in the last few try I've been using it, the cleaner hasn't been doing what it's supposed to do. I'm having trouble with it sucking up the dirty water and it doesn't have the capacity to shampoo the carpet anymore.

I would not recommend, only thing good is dry time

I have used this product, from HSN, on area rugs. It uses so much soap and clean water that I would have to get at least half a gallon of shampoo to do a full size room. The dirty water tank goes to full when it's only 1/4 way full. It only does a so-so job of cleaning. The only thing is the 30 minute dry time is pretty spot on.

Very disappointed

I got my new cleaner yesterday and I was so excited to use it. I've had the older model for about 7 years when it finally decided to stop working. My husband purchased the new model which I was excited to get it's smaller and seams to use more water so I can clean bigger surfaces. On my 3rd spot, the canister is half full of soap and the dirty water is about 1/4 full. The machine stopped sucking up water. I thought it was plugged by hair or something so I pulled it apart and there was nothing so I pulled out the dirty water tank and it spilled all the dirty water on me and the floor. Great because now I don't have a way to clean it up.

Belt issue. Belt rotor issue. Parts issue.

Hi. I bought this a little over a few months. I used it for my kids they get food and stains on the carpets. At first I loved this machine. But the belt broke off. I thought easy fix! But after trying to find a way to replace the belt. I had to take the entire thing apart. The belt was so hard to get too. Second. The rotor that the belt is on. Rusted away and won’t spin. After more reviews. This is a common issue with this machine. Oh and as I got all the parts. I live in Alaska which isn’t easy to find and get the parts on a timely matter. I put the machine back together. And now it leans. No matter how many times I take it apart to fix it won’t stand back up. And the soaker button. Won’t go back into place. I’ve tried 6x to put it back. Watched all videos. Still nothing. It’s such a hassle to fix and find parts. And the belt breaks so often. I had 3 belts replace within the months I’ve had it.

its ok, leaks often

we use this carpet shampooer to shampoo our home monthly. it seems to clean pretty well. but there also always seems to be something leaking. if its not the clean water tank, its the dirty. but we don't leave the tank dirty so I can only assume the brown puddle found later is from water that was throughout the machine since we empty the dirty tank prior to putting it away.

I would not recommend this product for toddler/human stains

I didnt like it. Returned after first and only use. It might work for pets but not toddler messes.
