[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to assemble, use, and did an amazing job! Stains I thought would lighten at best are completely gone. Love this product! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine failed to work consistently. Wash solution was used quickly but then the sound of the vacuum changed and it wasn't shampooing. Had to readjust the clean and dirty tanks. A bit annoying!

For small pet stains, it would be great to have a ratio of your pet solution to water for the supply tank, rather than using the entire bottle. And it's a good idea to practice before using it for one's first cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After waiting 2 weeks, I get the wrong item and had no return label, I finally got it send back and 2 days later I get the one I ordered.

Exceeded our expectations and couldn't be happier with how thorough it cleaned out carpets. We've owned other brands in the past and decided to take a gamble on this one after reading all the reviews. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all my Bissell products. This is the only brand I buy when cleaning floors and carpets. And Its great that they give donations to protect pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product cleans well. Be sure the dirty water tank cap on the bottom is screwed on correctly and is tight or you will have a dirty water mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the sofa attachment to clean sofa. Took all 40 mins and lifted all the dirt and dog hair with no problem. Definitely a great purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 dogs and accidents do happen. This carpet cleaner gets hair and stains out much better than the commercial ones you rent. Very satisfied with the Bissell ProHeat 2X.
