[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did not work well at all. Moderate effectiveness with hose device. Shared my disappointment with friend who told me just got done taking same machine to the dump.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful, efficient carpet cleaner. It has many improvements over the previous models, more brushes, easier fill and emptying, more flexible attachment hose, and no more bladder fill tank.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It cleans stubborn stains well, much lighter than my old Bissell to use. It seems like I just get a good start and have to stop to empty the dirty water and add clean water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This carpet cleaner removes pet stains and smells better than the professional I had been using. It does an excellent job of drying the carpet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this shampooer, just wish the handle was a little longer...Gets to my back after a while. Does a great job! Very happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my carpet cleaner! It makes clean carpets a breeze. If I win the sweepstakes, I will make a commercial for Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used it once and it seems to be doing a great job. Hopefully planned obsolescence doesn't take over and destroy my happiness with this product.
