Great carpet cleaner. They thought of everything--including how to clean the machine afterwards, It cleaned the carpets beautifully and was easy to use once I read all the directions.

It sucked out more dirt than I thought possible. Either I didn't use it right or my carpet was very dirty, but it still smells a bit, so I need to give it another pass.
