[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product so far. Cleans the carpet very well, and very easy to use and operate. A little disappointed on how quickly I went through and how pricey the cleaning solution was.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine works well with my dog messes one the carpet. The best is the engineered design that makes easy cleaning.I think the only concern are the plastic levers and controls breaking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product cleans well. Be sure the dirty water tank cap on the bottom is screwed on correctly and is tight or you will have a dirty water mess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love all my Bissell products. This is the only brand I buy when cleaning floors and carpets. And Its great that they give donations to protect pets.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product works well if it is a surface mess. If the stain is already there, I would suggest a truck mount for stronger psi to get through the padding.
