[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has great power, works great!!! I read before buying it that it was loud but it's not that loud, it's a normal. Same as my rocket vacuum. Works great with my new little yorkie puppy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! Had to do really dirty areas with handheld attachments but then used the upright again and got very old carpets really clean.

I wish it had a rinse option. As it stands now, after I get done shampooing, I put clean water in the unit without soap, and start completely over again so I can rinse the carpet. Yes, I have to move the furniture again as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does a nice job however the carpets are a bit more wet than expected, will continue to experiment with speed of machine to obtain a drier result

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got rid of my old Bissell after 18 years and bought a new one. This is the easiest shampooer to run and it cleans beautifully.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Carpet Cleaner was just what I needed. Having 2 dogs and 2 grand babies in the family means a fur and snack invasion! The carpets look like new! I don't know how I managed without it!!!
