[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have purchased Bissel carpet cleaners for the past 25 years. With a new puppy at home I wanted to get a new cleaner. The new design is terrific! Easier to use and got a very deep clean!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Lightweight, makes it easier to move around and my arm isn't tired after doing the floor. Easy to empty and fill the water tanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall a good product. It would be nice if the clean and dirty water reservoirs were larger so that you could do more than 50 ft.² at a time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ProHeat 2X is Revolutionary!!! Bissell has been delivering great products for years. They're reliable and always preform well. Not looking anywhere else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the carpet cleaner. It works very well and my area rug has never looked/felt cleaner. It is a big bulkier than a lot of other machines but the extra bulk is worth its efficiency!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that you can disassemble and clean the base all the way down to the rollers. However, the dirty water tank doesn't have a cap on the bottom so when you pull it out the water runs out.
